Extraordinary vision has emerged from the moment that a Canberra trading is reportedly clapping and clambers on the back of a fast -moving Ute before holding his driver through an open window.
Although it remains unclear what caused the confrontational meeting, the images reportedly see Michigan Addison Bullock who rams the Toyota Hilux twice with his car before he flies in a shirtless fight of anger.
After beating back on the box of the Ute, the 25-year-old would have reportedly hit the rear window of the vehicle and attack his driver which seems to be a plastic pipe while the driver continues along a busy highway in the capital of the country.
The dramatic vision, which will be caught in Canberra last November, then shows the driver who slows down to a standstill as he displays the constant attack, only for his alleged attacker and then jumps on the top of the Hilux Ute and puts a huge dent in the roof.
After he had released his wrath on the vehicle, Bullock is said to be seen that simply runs away from the stage while the driver shakes unbelievers from his Ute.
The federal police of Australia arrested Bullock after the raid of his house in the outskirts of Gungahlin, on the northern edge of Canberra, on Monday.
He was confronted on Tuesday with ACT Magistrates Court on 13 charges, including three counts of dangerous driving, two counts of interfering with a vehicle, three counts of not giving his details to the other driver on the site of a crash and one count of attack.
The police claimed that the alarming incident was a series of serial roadbuds incidents that Bullock had been involved in the past nine months.

“Between June 2024 and February 2025 the man caused collisions and was involved in other row incidents where he acted aggressively and did not exchange details with other drivers,” said Act Police.
In another incident, recorded on dashcam, Bullock is said to be seen in another car until it ends in other lanes.
The accused Serial Road Rager did not apply for bail on Tuesday and he was taken into custody until his next appearance before the court on April 7.
Bullock winked to a group of supporters in the gallery of the courtroom, while officers led him back to the watchhouse.
The police said they believed that there had been a number of other anger -incidents in which Bullock's Ute was involved and appealed to witnesses to come forward.
“The police believe that there are other anger -anger -incidents with the white Mazda Bravo B2600 utensils from 1993 with NSW registration DH61VQ that still has to be reported to the police,” the police said.
