The daughter of a mother of two who were found death in a river has issued a public appeal to answers.

The body of Crystal Beale, 49, was discovered in the River Brisbane in Yeronga by a rower In the early hours of 22 February.

Her shattered daughter Charlie-Rose Wagner, 22, described the development in the case as 'horrible' when she went to social media on Wednesday.

“At first we were convinced that her death was not suspected, this has now taken a horrible turn and I will never be the same again,” she wrote.

'I urge everyone who knows something to contact the police with information.

“Help me bring my mother into peace.”

Mrs. Wagner described her mother as 'her greatest love' and said that she was 'worshiped by many, even more loved'.

“I only remember the beautiful, selfless woman you were and nothing else,” she wrote in an earlier post.

'The most important woman I have ever known, I would choose you to be my mom again in every life.

“You are not here, but I feel your presence around me everywhere.”

Mrs. Beale also had a 15-year-old son.

On Wednesday, the police released CCTV from Mrs. Beale outside a Sunnybank restaurant in southern Brisbane, where she dinner with family and friends on February 21, just a few hours before she was missing.

Detectives try to merge what happened after she was later dropped off in West End in Brisbane, where her family lives.

The police believe that Mrs. Beale had been in the river for about six hours.

“The injuries discovered in the postmortem suggest us that her death is suspicious.”

There was no suggestion that a weapon was used, said the Insp Watts.

He added that Mrs. Beale was with a former partner before she was missing.

“He is one of a number of lines of research that we follow,” he said.

There was an expired command of domestic violence against her former partner, but nothing current.

No arrests or charges were made because of the death of Mrs. Beale and the police did not exclude whether it was a random attack.

The police appeal to everyone in the area between 9.30 pm and 1 hour on that dates to contact officers if they saw Mrs. Beale or some suspicious behavior.

“We can't accurately identify where she was last seen or how or where she went into the river,” said the Insp Watts.

Mrs. Beale was wearing a long slender white white dress and had a brown leather shoulder bag over her body before she was missing.

She is described as white, slender build, about 165 cm long, with long brown hair.

“Crystal was a beloved mother and friend, her death in these circumstances is terrible and we are looking for righteousness for her and her family,” said the Insp Watts.

He said her two children 'struggled' with the traumatic death of their mother.

“Being missing in these circumstances and trying to put it together for three weeks … We are still looking for answers at the moment,” he said.

“They want to answer.”
