President Donald Trump used a simple trick to enjoy his favorite fast food while lost 30 pounds.
The host Sean Hannity of Fox News unveiled the president's diet trick during an interview with health and human service secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
“If he now has a hamburger, he usually doesn't have it with a sandwich,” said Hannity.
He added: “I hope I don't reveal anything that I shouldn't.”
Trump, 78, is known as a fast food connoisseur and enjoys Hamburgers from McDonalds – in particular the quarter pounds.
He also likes his steaks well, spoils his sweet tooth with Oreos and drinks into a dozen diet a day, which he can call on with the push of a button from his desk in the oval office.
But he lost 30 pounds last year during the highlight of the presidential campaign.
Hannity said that the president became 'healthier' and 'looks great'.

Trump makes no secret of his love for McDonalds. He even worked a shift on one in Pennsylvania during his presidential bid, took orders through Drive-through and served fries.
But he also led to talking that he was on a diet when he seemed much more slim.
There was speculation that he had taken weight loss medicines, such as Ozempic or Wegovy.
Trump finally spoke of his dramatic physical change. He told Fox News'Brian Kilmead:'[I did it] The hard way. I work. '
'I was so busy that I have not been able to eat much. I can't sit down and eat like a person like you – you can sit down and eat. I, it's a bit harder, “he said.
He added that he was 'fighting form'.
Melania Trump also helped with the President's weight loss.
The First Lady, who eats healthy food and avoids alcohol, helped her husband eat better and avoid the Mars-A-Lago dessert buffet, which includes more than two dozen homemade cakes, puddings and torts.
Prior to the hardships of the 2024 presidential elections, Trump Doctor Bruce Aronwald gave a positive but vague assessment of the health of the former president, calling 'excellent. '
“President Trump has reduced his weight by an improved diet and continuous daily physical activity, while retaining a rigorous schedule,” Aronwald wrote.
But the report did not include its weight, blood pressure, what medicines he, his cholesterol or even how much weight he had dropped.
Trump will have his first physical as President next month in Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the White House announced at the beginning of March.
His last physical of his first term found him technically obese with increased blood pressure.
Although he enjoys Fastfood, Trump does not smoke or drink.
