Transport secretary Sean Duffy starts an investigation after a report from DailyMail.com has blown the lid of a false scandal for air traffic controller.
The story published on Wednesday has exposed how a powerful figure in a massive Federal Aviation Workers Association Test gave answers to black and minority candidates prior to a Make-Or-Break test.
The Bombshell report revealed Audio from Shelton Snow, from the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), promises to provide answers in advance before the prospects took difficult entry exams.
“I am about 99.99 percent sure it is exactly how to answer every question,” says Snow.
After reading the exclusive DailyMail.com about Snow, Duffy has re -placed the story on X and announced a new probe for diversity, equity and inclusion (dei) practices within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
“I am launching a full investigation into the dei that immediately hire accusations in the FAA,” the secretary wrote.
“If it is true, there will be a quick accountability for the responsible responsibility,” he said and noted that the allegations reported for the first time in the story of DailyMail.com.
“We need the best and smartest, not about fashion word, dei hires,” he shared.

Transport sec. Sean Duffy announced an investigation into the FAA earlier this week after a story by Dailymail.com.

Only a few days after his appointment in January, President Trump signed an executive order that abolished the government's dei agenda and emphasized that assuming should not be on anything else 'different from the brain'
A spokesperson for the secretary did not immediately withdraw over the upcoming plans when he was reached for comment.
Duffy's research is part of President Donald Trump's broader initiative to free the executive branch of Dei.
The Republican already signed an executive order to dissolve dei-related functions within the government and billions of dollars to dei-related subsidies and projects have been canceled by the Doge van Elon Musk.
When signing the Anti-Dee-Executive Order, the president emphasized that assuming should not be based on anything other than the brain.
Snow, however, has been given the opposite approach by reporting advanced answers to a select group of people to give them a leg.
“There are some valuable pieces of information that I made a screenshot and I will send it to you via e -mail,” says Snow, a supervisor of the air traffic operations from New York, obtained in the clip by DailyMail.com.
The inside info was made available to black, women and other minority candidates in 2014 – but whites were omitted outside the loop to 'minimize the competition'.
Exactly how many applicants could benefit from Snow's brutal supply to protect coveted controller jobs responsible for the safety of millions of pilots remains unknown.

In audio images obtained by DailyMail.com, Shelton Snow (depicted), the front line manager of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), can be heard, promising progress on access to answers to the prospects of minorities in 2014
But a former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail.com: “I know different people who are cheated and I know different people who check planes while we speak.”

The message from Snow was recorded, only a few weeks after the FAA announced the greatest recruitment in its history during a push from the Obama era to broaden the aperture for women and minorities.
As DailyMail.com exclusively revealed, the federal government agency had replaced its peer-reviewed cognitive exam controversially by a 'biographical' quiz who asked things as 'how would you describe your ideal job' and 'classmates would remember me as modest or dominant?'
Critics say that the quixotic mix of multiple-choice questions is designed to screen elite, usually white students from FAA-accredited university courses that excel in traditional suitability tests.
Nevertheless, it turned out to be incredibly difficult for everyone to pass – with a failure percentage of 90 percent – when Snow decided to intervene.
The then president of the Washington Suburban chapter of the NBCFAE contacted the members in January 2014 with a list of HR 'Buzz Words' to insert in applications.
“These fashion words will mark your CV, giving you the advantage of thousands of CVs that can flood the system,” he wrote.

During a separate teleconference, applicants were encouraged to emphasize their association with the NBCFAE, the largest employee association within the FAA.

'We have always had one in the past and they share our enthusiasm. You can see the strategy. '
It added: 'We are only worried about African-Americans, women (of every ethnic background) and other minorities.
“Make sure you share this information with anyone who has been identified outside … This is to minimize the competition.”
Snow continued in a voicemail and teased indoor information that would prevent NBCFAE-relied applicants from flunking the questionnaire.
