A married PE teacher who is accused of the sexual abuse of two teenagers is affected by new charges prior to the threatening court case.
Tayla Brailey, who taught at the Lurnea High School in southwestern Sydney, was sued last August for alleged abuse of a 17-year-old male student.
Less than a week later, the 30-year-old was hit by further accusations of abuse of another male student after the police continued her phone and found further evidence.
The office of the director of the public persecution has now completed which charges it will take place, since the case makes its way through the NSW court.
With regard to the first teenager, Brailey is confronted with accusations of sexual intercourse with a child who is sexually touched and a child – and has now been struck with a new leadership about the use of a transport service to gain access to material for child abuse.
An indictment for aggravated sexual attack from a child who has been withdrawn under authority.
As far as the second student is concerned, Brailey is accused of sexual touch of a person under special care, encouraging a person under care to have sexual intercourse, a related violation of encouraging a person under care to get sexually, and a new leadership about the use of a transport service to send children's material to himself.
Three charges with regard to alleged application, access or control of material for child abuse were withdrawn.

Brailey has been on a bail since she was charged in August after she reportedly had sexually abused two students, Ho who met while working at a school in southwestern Sydney.
The police claimed that she started talking to the first student after he added her to Snapchat before the pair started to exchange sexually explicit videos.
Allegedly she masturbated the child in her house in North Wollongong.
On another occasion, Brailey reportedly had unprotected sex with the student at the back of a car after he wagged school to meet her before she went to a pharmacy to get the morning after pill.
She was also accused of masturbating the second teenager in her classroom, before she tried to give him sex with her, but it didn't happen.
At the time, Brailey was suspended by the Ministry of Education without payment and support was offered to students and staff at the school.
Brailey completed a bachelor's degree in physical and health education at the University of Wollongong in 2017.
She then started working in October 2017 for the NSW minister of Education.
Brailey became engaged in December 2021 with her partner and made the decision in September 2023.
She celebrated her chicken party in Bali with friends and family, enjoys time in the popular Finns Beach Club, with different snaps shared with social media.
She also appeared on the quiz show of Channel Seven, the 1% Club last year.
Brailey was not introduced in a plea and the case is mentioned for a commission report at Campbelltown Local Court on 21 May.
