A Top London Dim Sum Restaurant that was shown in Netflix Spy Drama Black Doves hired four illegal employees from China and Nepal, an immigration raid has been discovered.

The owners of FEI ER Cottage could now receive a fine of £ 240,000 after a home office team had found four employees without the right visa or illegally entered the UK.

Officers discovered that the location on Strutton Ground had two men and a woman from China and another man from Nepal who worked illegally in the kitchen or as waiters.

A report from the home office claimed that their illegal employment was 'not only a fair error from management, but instead a negative was for the immigration rules'.

The quartet was half of the eight-member team in the restaurant that was used as a location in Hitshow Black Doves, starring Keira Knightly and Ben Whishaw.

The red basement of Fei er Cottage was used in a scene when the character of whishaw, Hitman Sam Young, performs his first kill, reported the standard.

At least one employee did more than 65 hours a week, according to pays slips found by officers – which means five services for 12 hours if he worked a normal five days.

They were paid £ 12.50 per hour, which was above the British minimum wage of £ 12.21 – but their wages were more than a third by the restaurant 'taxed'.

An employee who worked 241 hours in November was charged £ 1,296 for 'NI' payments, despite the total tax for a legal employee with the same salary around £ 550.

The raid took place on December 18 last year, but was only unveiled this week when a report from the home office was published by Westminster City Council prior to permits.

It revealed that an employee in the kitchen 'Clandestien had entered the UK in 2012' and was arrested during work in another Chinese restaurant in 2018 before he hidden six months later.

A second employee entered the UK illegally in 2016, while a woman from China entered the UK on a visitor visa but this overwhelmed and never had the right to work in the UK.

In the meantime, an employee could only work in the term 20 hours a week because he was on a student visa – but in fact more than three times that worked.

During the hearing, the Home Office will claim next month that the Council must withdraw the FEI permit there, which would prohibit alcohol to be sold and reduce opening times.

They also want a fine of £ 60,000 to be imposed per illegal employee.

Fei There Cottage describes itself as 'the best handmade dumplings in London' and offers an all-you-can-eat dim sum for £ 38 for adults with a time limit of two hours.

It is after conservative parliament member Nick Timothy encouraged that companies for food delivery tell the government who their riders and administrators are, in the midst of fear of 'unbridled' visum abuse.

He accused food delivery companies of a 'breach of duty', when they have independent riders used 'replacement' couriers.

The government said last month that about 18,987 migrants, including foreign criminals and those who are not eligible for asylum, have been reduced to countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America since Labor took over the power in July.

According to the Home Office, 5,074 were forced returns of people without a legal right to stay in the UK, an increase of 24 percent between 5 July last year and January 31, compared to 4,089 forced returns in the previous 12 -month period.
