A classified document of an influential Kremlin-linked think tank has advised Vladimir Putin to weaken the US negotiation position with the Ukraine-peace agreement through tensions between America and the rest of the world.

The US is currently acting as a mediator between Ukraine and Russia, in which Donald Trump reveals the American envoys who now 'fly to Moscow to present a potentially -the -Fire Plan on the Kremlin.

The proposal that would be, see Ukraine and Russia continuing with a strike-fire-fired fire, is still not accepted by Russia.

But documents obtained by the Washington Post suggest that Russia has been working since at least February to undermine peace.

It seems that some measures in the document, reportedly written by an influential think tank in Moscow in the week before the US and Russia started peace talks in Saudi Arabia at the end of February, were already taken to heartfelt by the Russian State.

The document, written for the fifth service of the FSB, the Security Service Division that supervises the activities in Ukraine, explains ways in which Russia could stimulate its status by waking tensions between the US and both China and the EU.

On February 25, the US chose Russia's side at VN Voemen twice, in a grim reversal of American foreign policy.

The first instance at the General Meeting, where it opposed a resolution rising by the European Moscow's actions and re -confirms the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

THe was second in the Security Council, where the US set up and voted for a resolution that called until the end of the Russian invasion without criticizing Russia.

The Think Tank document also says that while this is going on, Russia should work on 'the complete dismantling' of the current Ukrainian government.

Last night the army of Vladimir Putin said that it had caught hundreds of Ukrainian troops that fought in Kursk, where Russian leader threatens to threaten them as terrorists.

The Russian chef of the General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, said that his troops had caught around 430 Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk region, where Ukraine set up a surprise counter -offensive last summer.

Putin, who attracted military fatigue when he visited troops in Kursk, said cruel in response that the captured Ukrainian troops “should be treated as terrorists, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.”

The post reported that the document also said that the Kremlin would have to reject plans for peaceichters in Ukraine, as many in Europe have suggested, because they would be under 'serious Western influence'.

Last night the Russian Foreign Minister said that British plans to lead a stabilization power in the post-conflict of Ukraine will protect the 'Nazi regime' of the country.

In a bizarre outbrust from Moscow, hours after Ukraine's greatest drone attack of the war hit the capital, Sergei Lavrov said: “What will the peace -enforcers protect? The remains of the KYIV Nazi regime? '

In the meantime, US plans were to keep arming Ukraine 'absolutely unacceptable', just like the millions of army army at the current level of Ukraine, according to the document.

It also suggests that Russia should insist on Ukraine to be carved even further, with the establishment of a buffer zone in the northeast of the country, which hits Russian territory, as well as a demilitarized zone near De Krim, which illegally attached Vladimir Putin in 2014.

The document rejected Trump's preliminary plans for a Ukraine -peace agreement that would be reached within 100 days as 'impossible to realize', and suggested that peace “cannot happen before 2026.”

The think tank wrote that Russia could stimulate its negotiating position by proposing that American companies can develop rare earth minerals in Russia and territory in Russian in Ukraine.

The document was written in the week before Russia and the US sat in Saudi Aarabia for important conversations that Ukraine was not there.

In conversation with reporters on his Mar-A-Lago estate in Florida while the conversations progressed in February, Donald Trump mocked the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zensky for complaining that Ukraine was frozen.

Trump said: “Today I heard:” Oh, we're not invited. ” Well, you've been there for three years. You should have ended it for three years [ago] – You should never have started it. You could have closed a deal. '

But according to the sources of Kremlin, the Russian President is the one who wants to compete with the peace process so that he can grab more Ukrainian territory.

Russia holds the upperhand militarily with his troops who surpass their opponents supported by the West and deepen in eastern Ukraine.

The Russian president believes that the 30-day break is 'unacceptable' and is expected to hind peace talks with his own unreasonable demands.

Given that Putin has a majority of the maps, Russian officials believe that he can succeed in this endeavor.

A senior Russian source said to Reuters: 'It is difficult for Putin to agree to this in his current form.

“Putin has a strong position because Russian is progressing,” they added.

Last night Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said it was important not to get ' [too far] Vooruit 'with regard to the reaction of Russia -the -fire.

He claimed that Moscow was waiting for 'detailed information' about ceases -the US, which had to be studied before a decision could be made.

One of Putin's demands is probably a stopping of future military support for Kiev, Bloomberg reported.

When asked what the US could do to express Russia in peace, he said: “There are things that would not be pleasant in a financial sense. I can do things financially that would be very bad for Russia. I don't want to do that because I want to get peace. '

Trump added: 'In a financial sense, yes, we could do things that would be very bad for Russia, that would be devastating to Russia. But I don't want to do that. '

Europe also exerts pressure on the Kremlin to accept the deal.

Last night in Paris, after a meeting with European counterparts, the Minister of Defense of the UK sent a powerful message to Vladimir Putin and said that it was' now 'for you'.

John Healey MP called on the Kremlin chef to 'cease it -to accept the fire, start negotiations and end the war. Make no mistake, the pressure is now on Putin .. '

He added: 'This year the UK will spend the highest ever. While the United Kingdom and France manage the urge for peace and the regulations for security guarantees for Ukraine.

'We work closely with partner countries from Europe and then and from today we accelerate that work. Yesterday military leaders from 34 countries gathered here in Paris in meetings that were attended for more than an hour by President Macron.

“While British Prime Minister will organize another meeting on Saturday, while military leaders will resume their discussions next week.”
