A classified document of an influential Kremlin-linked think tank has advised Vladimir Putin to weaken the US negotiation position with the Ukraine-peace agreement through tensions between America and the rest of the world.
The US is currently acting as a mediator between Ukraine and Russia, in which Donald Trump reveals the American envoys who now 'fly to Moscow to present a potentially -the -Fire Plan on the Kremlin.
The proposal that would be, see Ukraine and Russia continuing with a strike-fire-fired fire, is still not accepted by Russia.
But documents obtained by the Washington Post suggest that Russia has been working since at least February to undermine peace.

The think tank wrote that Russia could stimulate its negotiating position by proposing that American companies can develop rare earth minerals in Russia and territory in Russian in Ukraine.
The document was written in the week before Russia and the US sat in Saudi Aarabia for important conversations that Ukraine was not there.
