A shooter who opened the fire on a group of people in a residential street has been imprisoned for five and a half years.
Desie Dalton-Byrne, 21, unleashed a frightening attack near his house on Chudleigh Road in Erdington, Birmingham, last year.
Miraculously, no one was injured in the shooting that took place around 6.30 pm on July 25.
CCTV lets him jump out of his car and wave the gun above his head while he walked over the street.
The Yob then lowers the weapon and focuses on the group before he fled the stage on foot. The motive of the shooting remains unknown.
The police of West Midlands used the images to detect Dalton Byrne and the weapon was discovered in a garden in nearby Low Wood Road.
Dalton Byrne admitted the possession of a firearm with the intention of fear of violence, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition for a firearm without causing a certificate.
He was imprisoned for five and a half years at Birmingham Crown Court last Thursday.

Detective inspector Matt Marston, of the most important crime unit of the Force, said: 'Firearms and drugs play an important role in crime on our streets.
'It constantly erodes communities, lifestating lives and devastating communities.
'As a result of this discovery, we have removed a deadly weapon from the streets, and a person with direct access to that is behind bars.
“We hope that this sentence will offer a deterrent to other criminals who act in this way.”
