An American cake actress sobbed and spoke about her fear after she was thrown in prison by immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) for the illegal arriving of the US.
Jasmine Moeney, 35, shot on Thursday evening in a video call of the San Luis Regional Detion Center in Arizona awaiting deportation to her native Canada.
“I've never seen anything like that,” she told ABC10.
“I feel that we have been kidnapped and we are in a kind of insane social, psychological, social experiment.”
Moeney Wellden: “I really want to be a voice for the women here, because what is happening is so unjust and I know there is a better way to do this.”
Moeney, an entrepreneur in the Health Water who played in the American Pie of 2009: The Book of Love, was held on 3 March to the San Ysidro limit between Mexico and San Diego after trying to enter California without a valid visa.
She claims that her American work visa was withdrawn in November 2024 while trying to travel from her Vancouver to Los Angeles, where she lives and runs a drinking company called Holy! Water.
The entrepreneur says that a customs officer on Vancouver Airport that visa has lapsed over a problem with paperwork, but not further elaborated why.
Moeney said her lawyer told her to fly to Mexico and go to the border with a proof of a new vacancy and then asks for paperwork for a new work visa.

But that plan was counterproductive when a border worker told Moeney that she should obtain paperwork for a new visa at an American consulate, not the border.
She was considered an illegal alien and ordered in custody.
Moeney says that her time in custody has confused her, weak and forced her to meditate to stay calm.
'It is now 11 days ago and I have no idea what's going on, they tell you nothing and I have lost so much weight. I am really, physical, weak. '
Ice officials confirmed that Moeney was being held because she did not have the legal right to be in the United States.
Her arrest is part of a Klemdown who has seen a whole series of tourists hold in comparable circumstances, including a German tattooist and a British comic artist.
It was enlightened green by President Donald Trump as part of his' securing the executive order of our borders, signed hours after his inauguration on January 21.
Moeney was not brought for an immigration court during her time in custody.
Her hectic family hired lawyers and say they put pressure on the Canadian government to help her free.

“I am desperate to have her home where she is safe, loved and surrounded by friends and family to help her heal this meaningless trauma,” said Jasmine's mother Alexis Eagles.
On Thursday evening, Eagles shared an update that suggests that the test of her daughter could soon be over.
“Potential good news!” She wrote.
'We are careful optimistic that Jasmine will be at home within a few days.
'A flight has been bought and we are waiting for ice to approve it, and then cross our fingers that they take her to the airport on time.
'I was told that flights are often not approved until just a few hours before departure. Continue with the positive thoughts and thank you! '
Eagles did not offer any further details about how she apparently could have got the wheels of justice to run for her daughter.
It is also unclear whether Moeney will ever be able to return to the US after he has entered the country illegally.
