Diddy caused shock in court after he had drastically changed his appearance with white hair and a white beard, while he denied an updated series of allegations against him.
The chatter hip -hop magnate apparently stopped coloring his hair and let his natural color come through with just over a month to go to his process.
He looked noticeably older and seemed to arrive when he entered the federal court of Manhattan and wore a brown prison issue and pants.
Diddy said 'not guilty' when the judge reads the updated indictment, including claims of 'forced labor'.
But he was completely smiling in court and waved at one of his sons and a daughter who was in the public gallery.
The 55-year-old, whose real name is Sean Combs, is accused of running a decade-long criminal empire, including orgies called 'freak offs'.
Female participants were reportedly drugged and forced in marathon sex sessions, sometimes with male prostitutes.
Diddy has denied racketeering conspiracy, sex trade and transport to enter into prostitution.

He must be tried on May 5 and until that time he will be held in the Grim Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The updated indictment was submitted earlier this month and added the claims of 'forced labor' according to the racketeering costs.
The document says that Diddy and his employees have 'control' control 'about some employees by not paying them and forcing them to work' long hours with little sleep '.
The indictment states that Combs made these employees believe that they would be harmed – also by losing their jobs – if they did not take his requirements'.
It states: “With regard to one employee, Combs used physical strength, psychological damage, financial damage and reputation damage and/or threats of the same to cause the employee to do sexual acts with combs.”
Diddy was arrested in September last year, four months after his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura brought a civil lawsuit against him in which he claimed that it was similar behavior as his criminal case.
While the lawsuit was arranged the next day, Diddy's reputation was shattered shortly thereafter when CNN received a hair -raising video from him who is said to have defeated Ventura in a hotel.
The images showed him to hit repeatedly and kick her in a corridor while wore a towel.

Diddy's son Christian 'King' and daughter Chance Combs were noticed in the pretrial hearing of their father in the Southern district of New York Federal Court on Friday
The hearing is expected to deal with claims from Diddy's lawyers that the images 'have been considerably changed to significant respects'.
They claimed that a forensic analysis showed that it could have been accelerated and that would be reason to exclude the process.
In court paper said Diddy's lawyers: 'CNN bought the only well -known copy of the hotel's surveillance images, uploaded those images to a free editing software, the video changed; And then destroyed the original images'.
CNN has denied the clip and said in a statement that it 'never changed the video'.
The TV network said that it did not destroy the original of the video and said it was 'saved by the source'.
Diddy himself tackled the video and says in a message on Instagram shortly after it was broadcast that “my behavior on that video is unforgivable.”
“I take full responsibility for my promotions in that video,” he said. “I'm disgusting. I was disgusting when I did it, (s) I am disgusted now '.
Among those who criticize Diddy because they try to exclude the CNN video from the case is Ventura's lawyer Douglas Wigdor.

In a statement he said: 'It is not surprising that Combs would make an unfair argument to exclude the disturbing video from the jury to be shown in the coming process.
“I am convinced that the video fairly and accurately shows what happened, as proof will be admitted and that combs will be held responsible for his corruption.”
Diddy has been hit with dozens of civil lawsuits who claim similar claims – all of whom denied.
Among them is a woman who claims that Diddy and Jay-Z raped her in 2000 at an after-party for the VMA Awards Party.
The woman, who is now 38, claimed that Jay-Z put his hand over her mouth and said that she “cuts the s ***” before she overwhelmed her.
In an interview with NBC, the woman gave inconsistencies with her memory, but stood with her account.
Weeks later the woman dropped her claim against Jay-Z, who strongly denied the claims and now complains her and her lawyers because of defamation.
