DeJoy sent a letter to members of the congress on Thursday in which they informed them about the agreement with Doge and the General Services Administration (GSA).
“Repairing a broken organization that had experienced almost $ 100 billion in losses and was expected to lose another $ 200 billion, without a bankruptcy procedure, is a discouraging task,” DeJoy wrote.
He added: “Repairing a heavily legal and overly regulated organization as a massive, important, cherished, misunderstood and discussed as the American postal service, with such a broken business model, is even more difficult.”

Rep. Eli Crane (R-areas) focuses on Judge Paul Engelmayer for stopping the ability of Doge to gain access to Treasury Department Systems.
And rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) Focuses on judge John McConnell Jr. for pausing federal financing fractures. '
And in response to these actions in the congress, Musk wrote on X: “Momentum is growing rapidly to accuse activist judges who repeatedly follow the law.”
