She is considered one of the most dangerous women in Australia in prison. A ticking time bomb, ready to explode.
Jessica Camilleri served 21 years and seven months for manslaughter and beheaded her own mother Rita, 57, before she wore her cut -off head and dropped on the footpath in July 2019.
While her traumatized family hoped that the deeply disturbed woman would get the help she had behind bars, insiders say Camilleri, now 30, her prison wing and authorities do not terrorize what to do.
“She has become a constant problem,” an insider says in prison at Daily Mail Australia.
'She must be checked at all times because it will use every opportunity to cause damage.
'Time has already been added to her sentence for attacks with extreme hair pulling.
“She has scaled people with her bare hands and everything can get her going.”
Camilleri was a restless child. After being bullied relentlessly, she became obsessed with horror films and making hoax calls that threatened to behead the unsuspecting strangers who answered.

Friends, family and neighbors were all concerned about her escalating behavior, even warning her mother Rita, it was just a matter of time before she killed someone.
“Not my Jessica,” Rita reportedly replied. “She wouldn't hurt a fly.”
Two weeks after that hair -raising conversation, Jessica Rita stabbed more than 100 times.
Several knives were used and four of them broke during the crazy attack.
The police found Camilleri covered with blood next to her mother's head. She asked officers if they could confirm it.
The rest of Rita's body was found on the kitchen floor in their St Clair -house, next to her eyeballs and the tip of her nose.
A process heard that the then 27-year-old anger was and was currently affected by several mental disorders.
Her sister, Kristy Torrisi, fought back tears while she told a court about the fear, pain, depression and anger she feels after her mother was taken by the 'selfish hands' of her own sister.
“She was killed and slaughtered as if she was nothing,” Mrs. Torrisi told a hearing at the Supreme Court of NSW.

Other family members said they hoped that Camilleri would get the help she had behind bars.
But only two years after her sentence, she attacked two prison protectors violently and tore her out of their heads.
The first attack happened during a search for Sharps in August 2021, when Camilleri moved 'hastily' to her cell door, slid through the opening and was ordered to go inside again.
While the prison guard turned around, Camilleri grabbed her chance and tore her hair out.
Camilleri later told the police that she didn't like the guard: “So I just wanted to give them a little bit of their own medicine.”
The second incident, in October 2021, took place when Camilleri was in prison and refused her hands to place a hatch to be fascinated.
