Tucker Carlson says he believes that the death of Infowars reporter Jamie White might have been murdered by Ukraine and thinks Donald Trump could be the next on the list.
Carlson's serious worries emerged during a conversation with retired US Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor.
The couple dissected the rapidly escalating global tensions around the conflict in Ukraine, recent drone attacks in Moscow, and noted a disturbing pattern of alleged Ukrainian secret operations, including the murders of critics.
Earlier this week it was revealed how the brutal murder of journalist White took place outside his house in Austin, Texas, while trying to prevent thieves from vomiting in his car.
But Carlson and MacGregor suggested that there can be many more sinister forces at work than random criminals.
“It feels like we are about to be something real catastrophic,” said Carlson. “A kind of global war.”
Although the official police reports have described the murder of White as a violent robbery error, Carlson and MacGregor pointed to a dark possibility that White, a pronounced critic of the Ukrainian government, may be aimed at the murder.
“An employee of Alex Jones was just killed two days ago, who was on a list, compiled by the Ukrainian government or her supporters of critics,” Carlson explained. “He was murdered outside his house. His warnings seem to resonate with a growing segment from Americans who believe that something is much darker unfolds.
