Nigel Farage has had secret conversations with controversial ex-down Street Aide Dominic Cummings about how Reform UK can take on the tories has been revealed.
The two men have put their earlier differences aside to discuss how Mr. Farage's party can replace the conservatives to the right of British politics, says sources.
The reform won five seats in the general elections of July – because the Tories had their worst defeat ever – and have since been stimulated to opinion polls to get ahead for delivery in some surveys.
Mr. Farage said that there is a 'good chance', he can be the next prime minister and it has now emerged how Mr Cummings met the reform leader before Christmas.
A friend of Mr Cummings, who served as the chief advisor of Boris Johnson between 2019 and 2020, revealed how their 'friendly chat' had dealt with a series of subjects.
“They had a friendly chat about the general scene,” the ally told The Sunday Times.

Mr Cummings's friend insisted that there was no discussion about the former campaign director of the voice leave who worked for reform as 'he does not want a job in Westminster'.

They added: “He usually spends his time to help people outside of Westminster and a few within Westminster that he thinks are trying to build interesting things, regardless of their party or that they are political or officially or in the armed forces.”
A source of reform confirmed the conversations between Mr. Farage and Mr Cummings, but said that the discussions of the couple focused on revising Whitehall.
“Nigel and Dom had a meeting – they discussed how to take the blob,” said the source.

In a blog post earlier this month, Mr Cummings noticed how reforms 'tried to find out how' the tories replaced, which he believed in a 'Doom loop of stagnation'.
“After Kemi has been replaced, there is a chance that her replacement will finally realize that the Tory party is dead, unless it is again in the core issues of productivity and state capacity,” he wrote.
A new JL Partners polling for the Adam Smith Institute discovered that Mr Farage is now being seen as the best prime minister in more than half of the constituencies.
The study of more than 6,000 British adults, conducted between 13 and 21 February, showed that Mr Farage was the preferred choice as Prime Minister in 335 British constituents.
Sir Keir Starmer, on the other hand, was seen as the best PM in 291 constituents, and Mrs Badenoch was the preferred choice in just six seats.
Tom Lubbock, co-founder of JL Partners, said: 'Keir Starmer is in a race to make popularity with Nigel Farage and at the moment this data shows that Nigel Farage is the preferred choice for Prime Minister in more than half of the constituencies versus the Premier.
“That extends to one in 10 of those who actually voted last year, who now say that Nigel Farage would be a better prime minister than the man who actually owns that office – Keir Starmer.”

Sean Houlston was announced as the Tory candidate caused before the competition by former Labour Parliament member Mike Amesbury and said he will leave the House of Lower House after his conviction for attacking a voter.
Amesbury won the Runcorn and Helsby seat last July for Labor with a majority of 14,696 votes because the reform became second and the Tories third.
Reform will keep an eye on a breakthrough in the coming interim election, but Mr Houlston -who finished last year in the neighboring Widnes and Halewood -Skiesdistrict -Zei: “Politicians such as reform do not give our area.
'They are only interested in national politics. Forgetting the local issues and people while they play politically.
'In this interim election I will stand up against the Starmer's government for the pensioners who have taken their heating from them.
'For our small companies that are confronted with higher accounts. And for our farmers, confronted with losing their farms. But more than whatever. I am standing to save our green spaces. '
Labor has selected Cheshire West and Chester Council Karen Shore as a candidate.
Reform must still announce his candidate for the interim election, the date of which must also be revealed.
