The racist university of Kentucky, who mentioned a black employee at least 200 times, was denied early release and probationary period by a judge.
Sophia Rosing, 23, was caught unleash a mean tirade on camera in 2022 towards Kylah Spring, a first-year student at the school who served as a front-Schesse served the night who came back in her dormitory without her student ID.

A representative for Dillard's branded her behavior as 'disgusting' and adds that she does not approve 'racism or hatred in any form'.
After the incident, Spring gave a passionate speech during an anti-racism Mars at the University of Kentucky.
She said to the crowd: 'I was physically, verbally and racially abused by Jane Doe, Aka Sophia Rosing.
'This is a recurring problem in and about the American school system, regardless of age.

The lawyer also admitted that Rosing's actions were 'terrible' that night.
“She got into a battle with the servant, bite people in her hand,” he told the Lexington Herald Leader.
Yet Peters claimed that her prison sentence of a year is 'excessive'.
The mother of the loss student, Jill Rosing, has set up a petition online who claimed that her daughter had to be forgiven for her unspeakable actions because 'no one is perfect'.
Her mother and father of Rosing remained silent until the petition came out.

“There is still hope for resuming the track for everything she has achieved with her education and brand partnerships,” said her mother.
In the meantime, spring said that she is not convinced of the regret of Rosing – and noted that she did not tackle her behavior in court.
'I feel that a person who is repentance takes actions that are on the way to prove that he is repentance. Not just words, “she said.
'I think she at least gives a piece of what she did – admitting the things she said and is able to possess them, I think it will follow.
