Employees, parents and children were left in Shock after a chain of Aussie childcare centers has collapsed and its director, according to the Union, is nowhere to be found.
Genius Childcare Centers in Victoria, NSW, WA, Queensland and the law were taken over by administrators after employees had complained about late payments and unpaid Superanniety.
Vertical 4, the company forced to administration, was previously called Genius Learning and mentions Darren Misquiteta as company director and secretary.
Millionaire De Heer Misquitta's childcare company is said to have paid the wages of the staff and a maximum of $ 7 million in Superannuation, the courier mail reported.
Several of the centers suddenly closed in recent months, so that hundreds of families desperately scramble to find an alternative place for their children.
The United Workers Union (UWU) takes action against Vertical 4 in the Federal Circuit Court on behalf of 57 of its former staff that are members. The trade union is looking for unpaid super and fines for the late payment of wages.

“The rumor mill is in overdrive and reports him in Hong Kong, Japan, the Gold Coast and other locations, but the truth is that nobody seems to know for sure.”
The union served last week Mr Misquitta Court Papers through his lawyers in Melbourne.
Vertical 4 is responsible for 13 genius childcare centers spread over four states together with a Canberra center.
They are locations: Hamilton Hill, Lakelands and Mandurah in WA, Castle Hill and Pyrmont in NSW and Newcomb in Victoria. It also has two unopened centers in Eumemerring and Cranbourne West, both of which are in Victoria.
There are also five other centers that the managers are selling to a third party in Mount Albert, Beaumaris and reservoir in Victoria, Kenmore in Queensland and GoWrie in the law.
Nicholas Charlwood, Glenn Livingstone and Alan Walker from WLP restructuring have been appointed as the managers of vertical 4.
“Managers were appointed by the secure creditor of the company and have now taken control of the company and his assets,” WLP said in a statement.
“While the managers are investigating the financial position of the company, they are aimed at stabilizing activities and limiting any further disruption of services to families throughout the country.”

Charlwood said that the managers moved immediately to extend the company's debt facility.
“This is intended to enable the centers to resume trade, repair staff and pay outstanding wages, while the managers urgently look for a buyer for the centers or a party to re -capitalize the company,” he said.
'We understand the urgency and worry that parents and employees have about the challenges that some centers of the company are confronted with.
“We have already done constructive discussions with the company's lender to expand his debt facility, which, if agreed, will provide financing to keep centers open and reopen the care services while a sales process is being carried out.”
Mr Charlwood said there would be no change in the activities of individual centers that are not influenced by recent closures.
“We are committed to exploring all ways to facilitate the continuity of care for families, to maintain opportunities on employment and to guarantee the continuous viability of the company,” he said.
A message from management reported by the Daily Telegraph said: 'We want to take the time to acknowledge the uncertainty and concern that news about a manager who is appointed Genius Learning can bring PTY LTD.
“We understand that this is a challenging time and we are committed to keep you informed and support you during this process.”
Daily Mail Australia has contacted genius childcare to look for comments and Mr Misquitta.
