A former animal shelter who tried to sell human toes that were swallowed up by the dog of a dead man had previously sold the bodies of stillborn kittens and puppies online.
Lilydale Mum-of-Five Joanna Kathlyn Kinman, 48, from northeastern Melbourne, pleaded on Monday guilty of the Ringwood-Magistratenhof for one count of offensive behavior involving human remains.
The court heard that she admitted that she was planning to sell two human toes stored in a potaldehyde pot for $ 400 on a distorted online black market.
The pot was later found by the police in her house in a wall unit with a 'pork strotter, alligator claw, bird skull and milk teeth of her children'.

Kinman had encountered human toes in an animal shelter, which for legal reasons cannot be called after the dogs of the dead man had been sent there to find a new home.

Mr. Martini claimed that his client should escape a prison sentence with an order to a community corrections, with the possibility of releasing without conviction.
