To be his father soon, whose family collected money after his sudden death was told to return the means because of his criminal history.
Stuart Jackson, 40, had driven his e-scooter in Highland Park on the Gold Coast when he fell off and was critical injury.
Jackson would welcome his first child within a few weeks and set up a family member a GoFundme to help with 'funeral arrangements' and financial support for his pregnant wife Kellie.
But now his grieving family is confronted with a bitter recoil with requirements to repay the $ 18,000 in donations after it was revealed that he was guilty of sexual attack and recordings in violation of privacy in 2014.
At the time, Jackson claimed that he was drunk and high on Ecstasy tablets when he started cracking in Brisbane.
At 5 am to 12 April he followed two male friends and a 22-year-old woman back to a studio apartment where the woman fainted in the bedroom.
While the other two friends left to call a taxi, Jackson used his cell phone to photograph the woman in indecent poses and filmed herself kissing and caressing her semi-naked body.
The horrific friends caught him in the act and called the police who took Jackson's phone and still discovered photos and a video recording.

He later received a conditional prison sentence of nine months.
After his fatal accident, family member Lezena Kenyon said that the couple had tried for a child for several years and had recently bought a house together.
Mrs. Kenyon started a fundraising to support his wife in raising the baby without the help of her husband.
'Everything is so overwhelming at the moment. We all try to stay strong for Kellie in this heartbreaking time, “Mrs. Kenyon told Daily Mail Australia.
'The accident is one that you would never want anyone to have to do, let alone that he is four weeks off to have a baby. It breaks my heart. '
The page describes Jackson as a 'fantastic, loyal, caring, hard -working husband … in his prime preparation to introduce his upcoming baby girls into the world.
“Words cannot describe the heartache of this tragedy for all family and friends.”
But when earlier articles about his shocking crime started circulating on the exposed Facebook page, hundreds of people left angry remarks that were indignant about the increased amount.

'I can't believe that $ 18,000 was picked up for his GoFundme before it stopped accepting donations. They originally strived for $ 10k and then moved it to $ 20K, “added another.
“I think it's mainly for his unborn child. But they should not post him as a 'nice guy'.
“Maybe the money would be better switched to his victim,” a third added.
A passer -by did not find Jackson on Friday in the afternoon and despite the efforts of paramedics, he was declared dead on the spot.

During his hearing 10 years ago, Jackson had pronounced his regret and shame for his intoxicated behavior through his lawyer Ron Frigo
“He realizes that he is ashamed of both himself and his family,” said Frigo.

There was a bitter return to the fundraising efforts in which many commentators expressed their anger
Mr. Frigo also told the court that his client had a clean history and did not intend to share or upload the indecent recordings.
But magistrate Paul Johnstone said that neither the clean history of Jackson nor his excuse to be intoxicated could save him from a criminal conviction.
He was convicted and sentenced him to nine months prison that was fully suspended for two years.
“This is just another example of a man who benefits from a woman who was in a very vulnerable situation,” he said.
Comments were divided on whether the money should be returned.
'Give it to his wife and baby. Help them set up a better life without him, “a group member noticed.
'Or a trust fund for Bubba when it is older? Anyway, the mother has lost an income and will probably struggle. Children are expensive. '
Social media groceries have flooded since Jackson was identified as the man who died.

Paramedics could not prevent Jackson from succumbing to critical head injuries
“On Friday, an incredible soul left this world tragically too early,” a friend wrote.
'Stu was a great person who could illuminate a room and was only weeks away from starting his next big trip to paternity.
'Stu has left a gigantic hole in many hearts and will be missed a lot by everyone who knew him. He was generous for others, with a heart of gold. '
