A lawyer from the Department of Homeland Security said that Harry's application followed all 'applicable rules and regulations'.
The claim was submitted in documents that were made public on Tuesday after a court case by the Heritage Foundation, a right -wing think tank, who tried to prove that Harry Loog about his drug use in his visa papers.
But despite the fact that a judge who promises to release as much material as possible, the real immigration file of Harry has remained private.
The six released documents contain heavy editors to protect Harrys' privacy and to prevent it from being subjected to 'intimidation'.
The partial release of the material will be received with Harry's relief, because it seems to be the end of a case that started last year when Heritage DHS accused – and led to speculation that the Duke could be deported by Donald Trump.
DHS had refused a request for freedom of information from Heritage for Harry's visa files on the basis of the fact that he may have lied to whether or not he was a drug user.
In his memoirs 'Serren', and his Netflix -TV series, Harry spoke about the use of cannabis, cocaine and magical mushrooms.

The claim was submitted in documents that were made public on Tuesday after a lawsuit by the Heritage Foundation, a Right Wing Think Tank, who wanted to prove that Harry Loog about his drug use in his Visa Papers
He had said that in his immigration forms when he moved to the US in 2020, Harry could have gained access or could have been confronted with further interrogation.
The released documents include a statement from Jarrod Panter, Chief Foia officer at DHS, who said that the agency found that it was not possible to release 'not part' from Harry's data, because everyone with a familiarity with the immigration legislation could easily determine the status of Harry.
The Duke, 40, did not publicly reveal his status in the US after he migrated there in 2020 with his wife Meghan Markle, 43, with whom he has two children.
Panter wrote that the American immigration is routinely protecting against disclosure of non -immigrants/immigrant status that is sought by third parties who do not have permission from the beneficiary to receive this information. “
He said: “Releasing such information would possibly expose the individual to members of the public who have a reason to manipulate or bother individuals, depending on their status in the United States.”
Harry's making such information to 'reasonably expected damage in the form of intimidation and undesirable contact by the media and others'.
Panter rejected the idea that Harry had received 'preferential treatment'.
He wrote: 'This speculation by (heritage) does not point to any proof of government misconduct.

“The data, as explained above, do not support such a statement, but show the regulation process involved in assessing and granting immigration benefits that were made in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act and applicable rules and regulation.”
Panters' explanation contains a list of seven pages with documents that are identified in the case – but they are all edited.
Four of the other documents are statements from records at DHS and they also have heavy editors.
The sixth document is a partial transcript of a hearing in camera from 30 April 2024 in which both parties discuss the case.
There is a fleeting reference to the musician's angel and one person – it is not clear who – says: “… in whether Prince Harry or Sting or someone else you can think of who is prominent has a certain visa status.”
The files were released after a U-turn by Judge Carl Nichols, who is in Washington and supervises the case.
In September, Judge Nichols had refused heritage request to release all documents because the Duke was entitled to privacy.
But after a hearing, he reconsidered and said he wanted to reveal the 'maximum amount' that he could.

DHS has previously argued that the in question in question is 'particularly sensitive' because they 'the status of Harry (immigration) in the United States'.
The release of them would amount to a 'fish expedition', DHS argued.
The case has led to speculation that Donald Trump could kick out the country, as the president said last year that he would “not protect him.”
But last month Trump changed his song and said he would not deport Harry – because his wife is 'terrible'.
In conversation with the New York Post, the president said he gave Harry a break because “he has enough problems with his wife.”
Harry's representatives have refused to comment on the case.
