The Government of Queensland is moving forward with $ 10 million plans to create a public register of sex offenders of children, part of a performance against sexual crimes of children.
David Crisafulli promised the register, which will be under new legislation known as Daniel's law, would be active before the end of the year.
According to the law, a public register will contain photos, names and locations of convicted sex offenders who break through their bail or are repeated perpetrators.
The prime minister said that Sunrise Parents 'should be able to' check who has contact with their children.
“I believe that if someone breaks his conditions, well, they lose his right to anonymity, and you should have a website that does that,” he said.
“If there are sex offenders in the area, parents deserve to know that.”
Mr. Crisafulli said he had made a promise to the parents of the 13-year-old kidnapping victim Daniel MORCOMBE.
Daniel was taken in 2003 by sex offender Brett Peter Cowan.

Queensland -Prime Minister David Crisafulli (above) announced that his government would continue with 'Daniel's Law'
Mr. Crisafulli said he is committed to Denise and Bruce Morcombe to create the register in honor of them.
“This is something they wanted … I promised them before the elections that we will do it. We fulfill that, “he said.
On Sunday the prime minister said that his government would stay hard for perpetrators.
'There will be a Conga line of people who have followed the “soft crime” approach, who will tell us why [these new measures] Can't happen, “he told the media.
'I tell you why it is possible, and we have entered into the dedication that we would clamp on sex offenders for children. That is exactly what we will do. '
He said that the implementation of Daniel's law would not stretch the Queensland's budget.
'[We will spend] $ 10 million to set it up, the current operational costs will be somewhere in that order … It is a very small investment to ensure that children can be safe, “said Mr. Crisafulli.
“If further means are needed to ensure that those platforms are even more user -friendly, we will not squeeze Penny.”
Police -Minister Dan Purdie will Leiden the implementation of Daniel's law.
