The two dogs from Gene Hackman, who have endured hell for weeks in a house of death, started their own way to recovery after they have finally placed in new loving houses, DailyMail.com has learned.
But the 7-year-old German Herderbeer and Nikita, an Akita-Hepherd mix, have lost each other's company while they were split after their test.
Joey Padilla, the owner of Santa Fe Tails, who had since the tragic death of the Oscar-winning actor, his wife and a third dog, his wife, his wife and a third dog, had last month to drop one of the dogs from the state and said he had been moved to a class of the state and said it was other gay way to other house.

Dailymail.com has learned that after two weeks of torment for the dogs when Betsy and Gene Hackman died, their surviving dogs Bear and Nikita came again

Their trainer and friend Joey Padilla, 42, was the one who set up the dogs with a new house. He said the actor provided financial support to Padilla's Daycare Santa Fe Tails and invested in his bowling center, De Steeg, which he owned with his deceased wife Hannah
'We have led strict efforts to ensure that the best houses were found and the dogs already started establishing in their new lives.
“We are all grateful for the care and wishes that Bear and Nikita received during their transition,” he added.
“It is our hope that everyone will continue to wish them best and honor their privacy so that they can continue to heal.”
Padilla, 42, had forged a close bond over the years with the legendary actor and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, who took exceptional care for their three dogs, with the help of his training and daycare centers, as well as those of a animal chirophractor who would give them adjustments every few weeks.
“Gene and Betsy had so much love for her dogs,” he told Dailymail.com Thursday when the animals were still staying in his facility.
“There was nothing they wouldn't do for those dogs.”

Zina, who had recently undergone medical procedure, was found dead in a crate in the bathroom, the same room where Arakawa was found.
Bear and Nikita ran freely and survived.

“They adapt to their new life,” said Padilla on Thursday when the dogs were still in the center.

At the time, he clarified that he made a decision while waiting to hear from a representative for the Hackman and Arakawa about whether the couple had spoken their wishes for the animals.
It was unclear whether family members expressed the wish to record them.
If the family was not interested, Padilla thought that a local family could prefer, since Hackman and Arakawa had chosen to make their home.
“I had people reached from all over the country,” he said. “But I think we would find locally and quietly to find these dogs of houses with those who fit best.”
The Veterinary Lab of the State Department of Agriculture has established that Zina died of dehydration and hunger, the Associated Press reported Saturday.
Arakawa had picked up the dog on 9 February from a veterinarian in Santa Fe, which could explain why the animal was found in the benefit.
Arakawa turned out to have died only two days later, on 11 February, while Hackman died on 18 February, who was suffering from advanced Alzheimer's and probably did not know that she was gone.
Their deaths were ruled as due to natural causes.
