This is the frightening moment that a Binman is attacked by a rescue dog while collecting waste on New Year's Eve.
Jack Marr, 25, had peacefully walked his Belgian Malinois on December 31 on a leadership beyond the waste collector, in Worpington.
But things took the worst when the dog, Kenya, was provoked and sunk her teeth into the binman's arm, Workington heard 'Magistrates' Court.
Shocking video images shows the dog holding the victim and drags him on the floor.
Pamela Fee, Pamela, continues the case, said that the victim was working on the morning of New Year's Eve and collected bins.
He returned to the Bin truck when Marr and Kenya walked to him in the lead, news and star reports.
He heard Marr say to the dog: “Watch him, boy, look at him.”
Mrs Fee said the pet then launched himself to the Binman before held on his arm and pulled him to the floor.
His colleague, the car driver, shouted: 'Kick it'.
Fortunately, Kenya released the Binman's arm and was able to escape to the safety of the vehicle.

His supervisor came to gather him and tHey then went to the police station.
In a statement, the victim said that his workwear had prevented the animal from piercing his skin, but bite marks were visible on his arm on photos shown to the court.
The dog was seized by the police and Marr was questioned about the incident.
He said the dog was “protective” and that he would never put her on anyone.
The suspect also said that he had been 'in his own world' when the Binman suddenly appeared and that he had 'in panic' when the dog tied the employee.
He told the police that he had saved Kenya last year after he tied her to a beach.
Marr said that Kenya behaves better if she is not on the lead and that she 'understands' when someone approaches her when she is led.
He added that she is good with children and has been 'always good' with his six -year -old nephew.

Marr also claimed that Kenya was trained to respond to basic assignments.
He said he had her under control and took her away after the bite.
Marr said that the bite was 'an accident' and said he 'should have been on the ball' when the Binman came around the corner.
Mrs Fee said that Kenya had been in Kennels since the incident and that the knowledge costs were owed to Cumbria Constabulary £ 2,436.
John Cooper, defensive, said it was a 'sad' case and that Marr did not want the dog to be destroyed.
Mr. Cooper told the court how they would not be able to combat a death order, because Mr Marr could not pay legal aid.
He also added how there were no indications that the dog had bitten someone before and said that Marr quickly got Kenya 'reasonably under control'.
“It's the dog that is going to suffer. It is the dog that will be destroyed, “he said.
Marr, Van Archer Street, Harrington, Workington, pleaded guilty to the owner of a dog who was dangerous out of hand and caused injuries.
Marr received a fine of £ 200 and ordered £ 85 costs and an £ 80 victim allowance.
He has to pay £ 200 to the victim and £ 250 for the knowledge costs.
A destruction order is given for the dog.
