While Hentz left the bus, she would have told the children on board: 'I am tired of being you. Does anyone want to become active? '
She then told the police that she had confronted the eighth class player because of an 'continuous bullying situation' between her son and the 14-year-old.
Her son told the police in an interview that the eighth class had bullied him for weeks, even though he informed school managers, according to judicial documents.
Hentz said the police that the 13-year-old, according to Law & Crime, had been hit by the older boy.
The older boy claimed that he had sat on the bus and had brushed his hand against the face or her of Hentz, so the 13-year-old grabbed him, Indystar reported.
The eighth class player admitted that he teased and joked with the son of Hentz, but denied causing any physical damage to him. During police interviews, his mother claimed that it was the son of Hentz who was the bully, and that he had made racist comments against him about his Mexican heritage.
The 14-year-old said he had accepted the 'racist jokes' of Hentz and that he made 'comments about ice'.
According to public registers, Hentz was not in custody from Wednesday.
