A publication earner was left stunned after he appeared at a divorce conference to discover that his wife had coupled with their asset manager and had taken him to mediate, a lawsuit claims.
Richard Kallman sues Vrouw Kineret and UBS Asset Manager Ira Walker about claims that they started an affair and have worked together to get him out of hand about a trust fund.
Kallman said he first heard of their alleged relationship when he appeared for a divorce meeting and Walker was present.
“I'm in full shock, I'm full of disbelief,” Kallman told Bloomberg. “I realize that this is the man who has now taken my wife.”
He claims that Walker 'inserted' himself in the procedure and tried to put him under pressure to arrange his divorce for $ 9 million.
The allegation appears in a scandalous lawsuit that also accuses Walker of threatening Kallman's lawyer with violence and both defendants to bring him to the edge of suicide with their alleged actions.
Walker denies the claims against him, whom he “in fact unfounded”, “false” and a “fantasy” when he is contacted by Bloomberg. He referred DailyMail.com to UBS when he was asked to comment further.
Kallman said that he first met Walker 15 years ago in a Ritzy New Jersey Country Club when he tried to get his children in the same prestigious Tinton Falls Private School where the children of the asset manager went.

But it was not until 2023 that Kinetet brought the name of Walker to the fore again and suggested to relocate JPMorgan's confidence to UBS that Kallman had further contact with him, he said.
The trust was set up to benefit the two children from the Kallmans and required a written permission from both parties for any changes.
However, Kallman claims that he was 'misled' to sign a document that has withdrawn the need for both spouses to give permission for changes.
Shortly thereafter, Kineret reportedly returned from a trip to the Bahamas and told Kallman that she wanted to end their 26-year-old marriage and put him under pressure to leave their $ 1.6 million New Jersey-men house.
The lawsuit claims that Kineret and Walker already had an extra marital affair by the time she persuaded her husband to relocate confidence and that she was planning to separate from her husband.
With some control over confidence, Kineret was able to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to the archives.
'Madam. Kallman and Mr. Walker knew that in order to control confidence, they had to make it to JP Morgan, who consistently met the conditions of trust by demanding Mr Kallman's permission to take any action, “the court case says.
'The only way Mrs. Kallman and Mr. Walkenc could get control of the trust account was to mislead Mr Kallman to authorize the transfer to UBS. “

Kallman claims that Walker is, “orchestrate to get my money to his girlfriend he will save – and he will take advantage of it '

Kallman also sues the investment bank company about claims that they do not supervise Walker and other UBS employees.
He pointed out that Walker could even use the situation to enrich himself by his company.
“He orchestrates to get my money to his girlfriend he will save – and he will benefit, and that's UBS,” said Kallman.
“I'm a customer. I am a co-trust of a confidence that he manages. And UBS, I am also their customer as a co-trustee. '
UBS stood at Walker and refused to comment on the allegations.
“We continue to work to act in the best interest of our customers supported by a robust supervisory framework,” the company said in a statement.
Kallman also submitted a police report that was submitted by the divorce lawyer of Kineret in which the alleged threats of Walker against Kallman's lawyer Frank J. Larocca were described during a mediation meeting.

Walker is said to scream that he would do, “take that ginny out and hits his ass” in reference to Larocca's Italian heritage.
A judge then ordered Walker to stay out of the divorce procedure, unless the assignment to participate.
Kallman has since been hit with a probationary period of a year after he had declared guilty to his wife in September 2023.
