The heartbreaking reasons why Victim and Holby City actress Amanda Meealing Snoved Cocaine and a horrible car accidentally caused accident has been revealed.
Meeling, 57, would have had to deal with the traumatic death of her father, her best friend and her dog when she used the class A drug the night before the smash.
Magistrates heard how she also turned to cocaine while she went through divorce procedures on top of the trio of tragedies in her life.
In addition to everything else, her lawyer revealed that she is now also fighting blood cancer.
Meal that Cardio -Thoracic Consultant Connie Beauchamp played in the hit BBC Medical Dramas took cocaine when she visited a friend and continued to spend the night.
She drove home the next day when her car drove over the road and hit a oncoming Skoda that was driven by nurse Mark Le Sage who was seriously injured and therefore had to give up his career.
The accident happened at 10.14 am on January 26 last year just a few meters away from her front door in Deeping St. Nicholas, Lincolnshire.
Meal that appeared in court under her married name Amanda Sainsbury, suffered a cut against the head, a broken wrist and a broken collarbone in the crash and tested positively for cocaine in a test along the road.

She admitted that she was driving in her system with cocaine and drove without the necessary care and attention and was banned for 28 months, reduced to 22 months because she had already served an interim ban of six months.
Meal whose brother died of an overdose of drugs when he was 18 years old, was also fined £ 485 and ordered £ 400 costs and a surcharge of £ 194. She offered to pay with a rate of £ 100 a month, which was accepted by the court.
Her lawyer Edward Lloyd described the pressure she was under at the time of the accident and said: 'Unfortunately it came into her life at a terrible moment.
'She tells me that she was undergoing a divorce procedure of her husband, which was extremely disturbing.
'In a short time her father died, she had to put her dog down and her best friend died. So all these events took place. It was deep, deeply disturbing.
“However, she is a lady who has considerable health problems. She suffers from blood cancer, so she doesn't work at the moment. '

The actress appeared in the hit film four weddings and a funeral and director episodes of victim, Waterloo Road and Coronation Street
Meal admitted that he had driven in her system with cocaine during an earlier hearing in Lincoln last September, but had denied without driving a car and attention before she changed her plea.
The actress, who has also appeared in the hit film four weddings and a funeral and directing episodes of victim, Waterloo Road and Coronation Street, had 18mcg cocaine in her blood, the legal limit was 10 mcg.
She also had more than 240 mcg benzoylecgonin (the chemical that cocaine leaves after being metabolized by the body) – almost five times on the legal limit of 50 mcg.
Public Prosecutor Marie Stace said that Mr. Le Sage, who is also a district councilor, remembered: 'An explosion and his car started to run' after Meealing's Mini Cooper in his Skoda on the A1175 in Hop pole, near Stamford in Lincolnshire.
She added: 'He started to panic, the car was full of smoke and he couldn't get out because his foot was stuck under the pedal.
“He got out and was judged by a paramedic who said he should go to the hospital.
“There was a witness who followed the mini, who said he assumed that something was in the way because it went the other side of the road.”

The Boston court heard how Mealin, who was in the show in the show in March 2021, admitted to a police interview that she had taken the night before the crash cocaine.
The Spalding and South Holland Stem reported that Mr. Le Sage still felt the consequences of his serious injuries more than 14 months after the crash.
Mr. Le Sage, a member of the independent group of South Holland District Council, said he was unable to continue as a theater nurse in his work, because his fine motor skills were seriously affected.
He added a victim impact statement that was read in court that he was no longer able to play water polo and buy a lighter keyboard to enable him to play with the local band Zebra.
Mr. Le Sage also said that he had constant problems with his vision and hearing, as well as constant pain in his legs, neck, shoulder, back and hip. He also has flashbacks and nightmares about the crash.
The lawyer of Meealing, Mr. Lloyd, told the court that she did not accept Mr. Le Sage's report on his injuries because he was not taken to the hospital by ambulance and there was no evidence for that level of injury.
He said: “In terms of the violation, my client argued guilty of drugs driving at the very first chance.
“It's something she is deeply ashamed of. She is not at all someone who uses drugs. Her brother died of an overdose of drugs when he was 18 and she says she should have known better. '
Mr. Lloyd told the court that the meal could not initially explain why her car drifted to the other side of the road.

Paramedics on the spot, however, thought that she had a hypoglykemic attack because her blood glucose levels were alarmingly low, which could have been the cause of the accident.
He added: “She just doesn't know what happened, she suspects she was unconscious.”
No medical evidence was offered to the court that Meal is suffering from diabetes and Mr Lloyd said based on the evidence, an expert could not conclude that she was unconscious at the time of the accident.
Mr Lloyd added: 'She reluctantly accepted my advice that she is in a car in the circumstances, it is driven to the other side of the road, so she has to argue guilty. She was shocked about what happened, she is still. '
Meal had already surrendered her driver's license because it was still unknown what made her blood glucose levels fell, Mr Lloyd said.
The court heard that she was currently not working because of her blood cancer and received a 'tokens salary' of £ 935 a month from her employer.
No compensation warrant was given, as the court said that this was a matter for insurance companies to deal with.
The court heard that she had no previous convictions of a similar nature, but that she was previously banned to ride under the procedure of the punishment.
After the hearing last Friday, Mr. Le Sage said: 'I am happy that it is over for my family and I am so happy and grateful for their support about what has been a very difficult time.
I hope that the Sainsbury family can now continue with their lives. '
