A young family whose house was used in filming for HIT Netflix series Adolescence says they feel that they have won the lottery and use the compensation they have been paid to buy the real estate.
Bethany Fletcher and partner Dylan Naylor's £ 230,000 house with three bedrooms in South Kirkby, Pontefract, Yorkshire, were used as the home base of the central characters of the four-part Netflix drama.
The real estate of the detached, 1960 was the home of Eddie Miller, played by Stephen Graham – the father of schoolboy Jamie, portrayed by Owen Cooper, who is accused of killing his classmate.
Bethany, 32, Dylan, 29, and their two children – Theo, 3 and Louis, 2, had to leave last summer for three months to film the drama that is currently number one on Netflix in the UK.
But when crews were finished filming, they also left a few props to keep, including the bed of Owen, the living room lamps, the curtains and some flowers.
They told how they posed for photos with the cast and how Dylan even got a job like Marshal while filming.
The house often plays ahead in the series, although the couple revealed that the only original assembly and the fixture that could be seen in filming was their kitchen table.
The rest was installed by the crew that even confused the entire house.
The couple is now planning to use the reimbursement they were paid to buy the property that Bethany's youth center was and is owned by her mother Sharron, 61.

Stephen was located in the bedroom of Dylan and Bethany and the only room in the house that was not used was the bathroom upstairs
Dylan, an independent floor layer, said, “It was like winning the zip code lottery.”
The family had no idea that their house had been chosen until they received a letter of interest via the post of the Warp Films Production Company.
Bethany, a bank worker, said: 'We received a letter through the position of the company explaining that they were interested in using the house to film a TV series.
'I thought it was a scam, a first because I had no idea that this was how it worked.
'I gave the song about the letter a ring anyway and before I knew it an hour later, the about 20 people showed up, taking photos and moving things.
Dylan said, “Our neighbors took registration boards that thought we were being robbed because they had no idea what was going on.”
Warp told the young couple that they would have contact again about two weeks later if they would continue to film at their house.
They were then contacted and told that Stephen Graham would visit the house, but Bethany forgot the name while she was taking care of the children.
Before they knew it, the boiling point actor walked through their front door to view their property.

Bethany said: 'I was struck a star when he walked through our door.
“A production team was briefly asked on the phone not to share the news that Stephen would be in the city, but I watched what he had said.”
Dylan said: 'Of course Beth had no idea who the celebrity came around, so when he walked in, it was so surrealistic.
“He joked with us:” I bet you saw me and TV “and we both told him that we were big fans.”
The couple explained from the first thing Stephen said was that he 'kept' the stairs and he loved the 'natural light' that came through the windows and came into the house.
They were told that their property was chosen because of the positioning at the end of a long street, the natural light and how it was a short distance from the production park a five -minute drive away.
The couple said that all cast was all so 'polite and friendly'.
Bethany said she didn't really speak to them until two days before filming was ready to take a picture with Stephen and said she was “too scared” to “stand in the way of the film process.”

Dylan remembers the time that he ate his lunch outside his old school, Outwood Academy Hemsworth, with Ashley Walters, who plays Di Luke Bascombe, after a job as a field marshal during filming.
Dylan said: 'I was in the front with Ashley where I used to be as a teenager.
“We had a polite conversation and I asked him a few questions, but he couldn't tell me too much about filming.”
Dylan received the job after he had asked a production manager if they 'needed a helping hand' during the production of the TV program.
The couple was in and out of their house for three months between the end of June and the beginning of September.
Bethany and Dylan and their children stayed in their house for the first two weeks of the first rehearsals that started on 27 June before they were 'politely' asked to move.
Bethany said: “They were shooting in the afternoon and seven days in a row in the afternoon and in the afternoon in the afternoon, it all became a bit hectic with our different schemes.”
The family moved to Dylan's parents' house for a month before moving to Bethany's neighbor for three weeks.

The couple then went back to their house for two weeks, but was then placed in a large house with five bedrooms in Bedsworth during the last three weeks of filming before he finally returned on 11 September.
Bethany said, “We were everywhere that summer, it was really wild.”
The couple said that only the 'kitchen table' in the drama from their house is theirs.
Dylan said: 'Everything was replaced.
'All furniture was changed, the walls were covered.
'I have absolutely everything, the pots and pans and knives and forks.
“They even changed the garage door, removed the gates for the front garden and added a plastic gray coverage to our front door.”
When the design team brought their home back to the normal Dylan, Dylan said they had accidentally taken a photo of him as a child who thought it was a prop photo of Owen.
The couple said that Owen's bedroom was their son's bedroom, who had previously been Bethany's brother.
Stephen was located in the bedroom of Dylan and Bethany and the only room in the house that was not used was the bathroom upstairs.
They said they had to keep a few props, including Owen's bed, the living room lamps, the curtains and some flowers.
The couple described the experience as' incredible 'saying' who knew all this that this could happen from a letter by our front door. “
Bethany and Dylan have viewed Binge to the show since the release is and said they 'loved every bit'.
Bethany said: 'It still doesn't really feel that it is our house on TV.
“People are always surprised when we tell them.”
They have used their compensation payment for the deposit on their house they are currently buying from Bethany's mother.
