France has been set to spend a survival manual on households throughout the country and warns citizens how they can respond to an invasion or another 'threatening threat'.
The dramatic movement comes as tensions in Europe rise and the fears grow over the aggressive tactics of Russia.
The new booklet of 20 pages, reportedly full of 63 measures, will advise the French on how they can protect themselves and their families in the case of armed conflict, natural disasters, industrial accidents or even a nuclear leak.
It will contain tips about creating a 'survival kit' with essence, including six liters of water, canned food, batteries, a torch and basic medical supplies such as paracetamol and connections.
It is crucial that the advice offers about what to do if an attack is imminent, including how you join local defense efforts, such as registering for reserve units or fire control groups.
Citizens will also be told to 'lock their doors' in the case of a nuclear incident – advice that has already ridiculed commentators.
Despite the alarming content, the French government insists that the book is not a direct answer to the infringement of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
President Emmanuel Macron has previously warned that Europe should be willing to confront the 'Russian threat' and to adapt to the possibility that America could reduce its military support.
Earlier this week, Macron revealed that French fighter jets equipped with new generation of hypersonic nuclear missiles will be sent to the German border as part of his attempt to renew the nuclear deterrent of France.

Officials of the General Secretariat for Defense and National Security (SGDSN), who supervise the establishment of the booklet, claim that the purpose of the survival guide is easy to strengthen the resilience of France in the light of 'all types of crises'.
The decision to prepare the book is reportedly dating until 2022, in the aftermath of the COVID-19 Pandemie, as part of a national strategy to improve public readiness.
But the timing of the release – expected before the summer if approved by Prime Minister François Bayrou – has raised eyebrows.
The French newspaper Le Figaro noted that the rollout of the kit could “easily suggest that the state responds to the unstable international situation.”
Macron recently called to Europe to redeem in the light of Russian aggression in Ukraine and the hesitant dedication of America to maintain European security under Donald Trump.
He started a doubling of the French defense budget in the course of his two periods and recently set an even higher target, and said that the country should increase defense spending to 3-3.5 percent of the economic output of the current 2 percent.
He has also offered to extend the protection of the nuclear weapons of France, the so -called nuclear umbrella to other European countries.
During a visit to Luxeuil-Sauveur Airbase in Noordoost-Frankrijk on Tuesday, Macron told AirCrews that their base will soon receive a squadron from Rafale F5S-the newest evolution of the most important fighter jet of France who will be expected to be expected in 2030.
The jets will be equipped with the ASN4G – a nuclear hypersonic cruise rocket that is currently under development that will be allegedly flying with more than 5,000 MPH with double the France range in the air -like nuclear weapons in the air.
Macron said that the government had reserved more than € 1.5 billion to transform Luxeuil – a famous air base from the First World War at just 80 km from Germany – in one of the most advanced military facilities in the country.
Rafale F5s equipped with the next generation of nuclear hypersonic rockets would be ready for deployment at the base against 2035, he told a crowd of pilots and officers of Air Force outside their Hangars.
“We have not yet waited for 2022 or the turning point that we now see to discover that the world in which we live is becoming increasingly dangerous, increasingly insecure, and that it implies to innovate, build and become more autonomous,” he said yesterday.
“I will announce new investments in the coming weeks to go beyond what has been done in the last seven years,” he said.
Macron added that the government would order extra Rafale war aircraft from the French space manufacturer Dassault Aviation to replace aging Mirage Fighter Jets -some of which were sent to Ukraine.

Sweden and Finland have already taken similar steps in the midst of the growing geopolitical instability.
Last year, Sweden sent five million copies of a horrifying booklet of 32 pages with the title or crisis or war, where citizens are advised to store food and water and be ready for an armed attack.
“An uncertain world requires readyness. The military threat to Sweden has increased and we have to prepare for the worst – an armed attack, “says the introduction.
Finland has also launched a government website that describes how you can prepare for various crises.
And earlier this month it was reported that Poland was soon set to send a guide to his citizens about how they can survive future crises after it had warned his male population, they should follow a military training in the midst of rising tensions with Russia.

During the Cold War, the British government spent the last similar guidance with the notorious protection and surviving booklet, which advised citizens to paint their windows white and to build a 'Fallout Room' in the case of Nuclear War
The country, which borders on both Ukraine and Russia, will send the pamphlets to households this year.
The booklets will inform them about 'how to deal with different dangerous situations', a deputy director of the civil protection unit of the Ministry of the Interior, Robert Klonowski, told the Pap News Agency.
But the French book has already fueled Spot.
The French comedian Matthieu Noël spotted about the idea of telling people to 'hit' and 'lock their doors' when a nuclear bomb strikes.
“Putin could drop a nuclear bomb on Paris, Ebola could hit the Cantal – we'll be ready,” he joked in France Inter.
“While you are busy, why not advise against snorkeling during a tsunami?”
In the meantime, the UK has not shown any signs of the following example.
During the Cold War, the British government spent the last similar guidance with the notorious protection and survival, that citizens advised to paint their windows white and to build a 'Fallout Room' in the case of a nuclear war.
A 2004 campaign after the Madrid bombing offered updated advice, but since then there has been little movement.
