The man who bought the $ 9.5 million mansion from Michael Jordan is forced to lower the rental prices after he put the house on the market for $ 230,000 a month.
Jordan finally sold the Nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms house in December after 13 years of waiting.
Businessman John Cooper paid $ 9.5 million for the country house – barely half of the asking price of $ 14.89 million.
According to Realtor.com, he put it on the rental market for $ 230,000 a month, but after he has not found a tenant, he reduced the price to $ 150,000.
Cooper has renamed the 'Champions Point' of the mansion and according to the rental advertisement it offers tenants 'a one -off opportunity' to enjoy a house 'carefully designed for those who live and breathe with sports'.
The estate includes a basketball court, placing greenery, tennis court and a gym, as well as an overflow swimming pool, theater, wine cellar and cigar room.
“Champions Point is more than just a home-it is a refuge for sports enthusiasts, who combines the sensation of the game with a compelling, unique experience,” says the Champions Point website.
“This estate delivers the ultimate setting for those who live and exercise.”
