Elon Musk moved to silence Baby Mama Ashley St. Clair after she had sued him for custody of their newborn son, her lawyers claim.
Maga Influencer St. Clair, 26, had sued the Tesla CEO and X owner, 53 in February, looking for a only custody of their son she says they share, and that he does a paternity test.
Now St. Clair Musk claims 'Financial Revenge' because she is trying to get custody of their baby.
“Elon Musk has taken financial revenge against his own child and his financial support significantly and unilaterally reduced,” her legal team told people.
“He did this after Ashley was forced to bring this case to court when he refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this issue without publicity.”
The legal team of St. Clair claims that Musk Ashley is trying to 'gag' and 'prevents them from communicating about his actions'.
Musk had asked to seal judicial documents during the case that was refused on an emergency base but is still being processed.

The report for seal was submitted on Sunday by his lawyer, Alyssa Rower, according to the online service of New York Courts.
Musk was planned to appear in the court at the end of May in the legal dispute about the son of St. Clair, who goes through RSC in the court documents, but that will now be kept private.

In her guardianship bag, St. Clair writes that it is in the best interest of the child that she has some legal and physical custody.
She claims that the Musk met the boy for the first time on September 21, 2024, in New York City, where she lives for two hours.
The three would then have spent an hour together the next day, followed by a trip to Austin, Texas, in which he met the boy for 30 minutes.

St. Clair replied: “That is why the father is good at his birth certificate, E. Everything has my last name.”

She claimed: 'He said a lot of pretty terrible things to me that he attributed to you and I feel that there was never a gap in our relationship.
'If you are in New York or if you want me to come to DC, I would really appreciate talking to you personally.
“I give you deep around you and feel that third parties brought a big gap to our relationship that I really wanted it was better for our son.”
Musk replied: 'Hmm OK', to which she answered with a poison from the character Ace Ventura by Jim Carrey and his trademark sentence said 'Allrighty then'.
He added: “Well, we have a legion of children to make.”
She announced the baby in a post on the evening of Valentine's Day and said: 'Five months ago I welcomed a new baby in the world. Elon Musk is the father.

Musk's lawyer in the case was approached for comment.
