Justin Baldoni has added his former publicist to his Blockbuster -Rechtszaak against Blake Lively and claims that she has transferred a phone with sensitive reports to the actress.
The text messages in question form the core of Lively against the 41-year-old actor and director, and were prominently present in the sympathetic New York Times story that ran last December and for the first time the claims of the 37-year-old broadcast against him.

Both women are part of Baldoni's lawsuit and say that Lively's decision to include their conversations in her first lawsuit, meaning that they were bombed with abuse and death threats.
In a statement released to DailyMail.com, Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman said: 'It is not to be denied that Stephanie Jones initiated this catastrophic order of events by violating the most basic privacy rights, as well as all remaining confidence that her clients held.
'No stranger to generate crisis scenarios for departing customers, Mrs Jones has transferred malignant communication from the telephone that she wrongly took from her own partner to her cohort [Lively’s publicist] Leslie Sloane, immediately after Mrs. Jones ended up by Wayfarer because of her own unlawful behavior. '
Shortly after Lively had filed a complaint against Baldoni in December, Jones also served her own lawsuit against the actor, as well as his company Wayfarer Studios, Nathan and Abel.
Abel represented Baldoni while working for Jonesworks, but was reportedly fired last summer after Jones discovered that she was' documents and customer information stealed 'of the company to support a conspiracy to start a rival company, according to a copy of Jones' lawsuit obtained by DailyMail.com.
Following the allegations of Lively, Jones claimed in her own legal submission that Nathan and Abel “a smear campaign against Lively orchestrated for the benefit of Baldoni and Wayfarer.”

She further claimed that Nathan and Abel blame the public in the public on this smear campaign on Jones – when Jones had no knowledge or involvement. '
The legal complaint from Lively included alleged screen grabs of SMS messages, many of them between Nathan and Abel, reportedly show that the PR removal was planned.
Baldoni initially responded by sue the Times for $ 250 million, and claimed that it was 'almost completely dependent on Lively's non-oriented and self-service story, almost literally lifting it while ignoring an abundance of evidence that contradicts her claims'.
The newspaper has continued to report and is currently fighting the court case in court.
The legal team of Baldoni has since launched an explosive website that focuses on defending the actor against the allegations against him.
The site, which went live in February, includes its fully changed complaint and a 'timeline of relevant events' stating clear inconsistencies and evidence against the claims of Lively.

Among them are the clear omissions in the SMS exchanges between Baldoni, Abel and Nathan that were published in the NYT report about Lively's complaint.
One screengrab shows Nathan and Abel about a DailyMail.com article about Lively, where Nathan complains that it could give the impression that she has planted the story: 'Damn it is unfair because I am not I either I am I[.]'
After Nathan has forwarded a screenshot of the article, Abel replies: 'You really surpassed yourself with this piece', adding a upside down Smiley -Emoji to indicate sarcasm.
In the version of the exchange, however, it is included in the CRD complaint of Lively, the text interview not only closes Nathan's previous screenshot that denies involvement in the story, but also the emoji.
The lawyers of Baldoni claimed in their submission that 'lively, and in turn the time, this communication was wrong to support her salacious and unfounded' lubrication campaign 'story.
The newest Salvo in the Titanic Legal Battle between Baldoni and Lively comes only two days after the actress had submitted a motion to have rejected the $ 400 million cross-strapping of its CO-star.
A legal memorandum that was submitted in New York says that the case must be rejected on the basis of an obscure law in California that forbids retribution against victims of sexual violence.
The submission is: “The court must reject all claims against Mrs. Lively with prejudices, refuse leave to change and try to change Mrs. Lively All Relief.”
It goes further: “The law prohibits the armament of defamation, such as this, to take revenge on persons who have submitted legal claims or have publicly spoken about sexual harassment and retribution.”
The Baldoni team later hit back and described the move as 'disgusting'.
Freedman added: 'Stringent rules are set up to protect the innocent people and allow individuals to legally defend themselves.
“Laws are not intended to be twisted and compiled by privileged elites to match their own personal agenda.”
Live filed a complaint against Baldoni in December in the middle of claims of sexual harassment during the production of the film, which was a hit when it arrived in theaters in August
