Vladimir Putin will ignore any peace agreement, unless it is supported by a considerable military force, Sir Keir Starmer warned last night.
The prime minister spoke after he became conversations to determine the composition of a reassuring power led by the VK that will be used after a ceasefire to Ukraine.
Great Britain and France are expected to offer the majority of a 20,000-person force that would protect the most important cities and infrastructure of the country.
In the meantime, Ukrainian troops and an enormous power of drones would be used to defend the 600 -mile front line against all Russian attacks.
Sir Keir said: 'What happens here is to convert the political intention into reality, the concept in planning.
'It is vital that we do that work, because we know one thing for sure, what a deal is without something behind it is something that Putin will break through.
“We know that because it happened earlier. I am absolutely clear in my mind that it will happen again. '
During a visit to the permanent joint headquarters of the VK in Northwood in northwestern London, the Prime Minister referred to agreements between Russia and Ukraine after the Invasion of De Krim in 2014 and 2019.

On both occasions, Moscow has registered for full and extensive ceasefire known as the Minsk agreements-over Ukrainian troops and by Russianly supported separatists in the eastern provinces of Ukraine.
None of the two agreements included harmful consequences for Russia if its supporters continue to fight and, in fact, the 2019 regulation could be seen as determining conditions for Putin's Invasion of Ukraine three years later.
Sir Keir continued: 'We hope there will be a deal, but what I do know is whether there is a deal, the time for planning is now. It is not after a deal has been reached.
“Last weekend and two weekends for that we had groups of international political leaders who come together to offer political coordination and the collective agreement that we have to work together to ensure that every deal that is concluded is defended.”
He added that he was aware that the deal can be 'in phases' with a temporary stakes -the fire, eventually followed by a permanent stop -the fire.
Military planners are told to prepare for troops to use within a few days of a fixed troop of trache instead of weeks, so the momentum can be maintained to a permanent peace.
British army units are expected to be sent to Middle and East -Ukraine, while a Royal Navy forces will patrol the Black Sea.
The Royal Air Force is likely to use neighboring countries such as Romania to participate in air protection over Ukraine.
Sir Keir said that the discussion plans focused on 'keeping heaven, the seas safe and the boundaries safe in Ukraine and working with Ukrainians'.
In the meantime, Foreign Minister David Lammy urged Putin to agree with an unconditional ceasefiring, just like Ukraine.
He also stated that Russia should not get 'veto' about the presence of European peace -enforcers.
Mr Lammy said: 'That is the plan on the table, let's continue it. What are we still waiting for? What we certainly cannot do is giving Putin a veto about the safety architecture that will arrange peace. '
Although the US played the chances of securing peace within a few weeks, Volodyymyr Zensky said that it could be achieved 'this year'.
The Ukrainian president attended a top of the European Union in Norway, where he led that leaders continue at least sanctions against Russia until a cease -the fire has been agreed.
