President Donald Trump received a largely raw reception when he came in the NCAA Wrestling Championships on Saturday evening For the second time in three years.
Not long after 7 p.m. Trump went to Wells Fargo Center and cut an interview with a wrestler who was broadcast on ESPN.
The Republican received a standing ovation when he emerged from the entrails of the arena, waved to his fans and shaking. There was a bit angry, but they were drowned out by songs of 'US'.
Trump then took a seat in a VIP section through the mat that also housed the Republican Jim Jordan, a double NCAA National Champion Wrestler, Elon Musk and his Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. Senator Dave McCormick and his wife Dina Powell also looked up.
Trump was depicted landing at Philadelphia International Airport on Air Force One just earlier in the evening and was greeted by Oklahoma Senator MarkWayne Mullin and his wife Christie Mullin.
The A-list Entourage was in Philadelphia to see how Penn State tried to secure his fourth consecutive men's team title.

It is the newest example of how Trump asked in his new term as mainly limited trips to travel around sporting events.
The Republican President spent Friday evening in his club in Bedminster, New Jersey, about 70 miles northeast of Philadelphia, on what his first visit was there for his second term.
“We're going to the big fight. The reason I go is in Philadelphia. They have the NCAA, world, struggling for the university. And I have always supported the wrestlers, “Trump told reporters when he left the White House on Friday evening.
“I want to support them. These are the great university griders of the various schools. '
In the two-plus months since she returned to the White House, Trump lived the Super Bowl in New Orleans and the Daytona 500 in Florida, where his motorcade rode part of the track. While he is president-elect, he went to a UFC fight in New York.

Trump has long built his public and political persona around sporting events and enjoys live events to hear cheers from the crowd, even if there is a presence in the neighborhood.
He has also signed an executive order that is intended to prohibit transgender athletes to participate in girls and women's sports – an action he points out to often fire his core supporters.
The president used most Saturday and Sunday to play golf in his Mar-A-Lago Club in Florida, although he sometimes also stayed in Washington to give speeches.
Trump was a candidate when he went to the NCAA Wrestling Championships in 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
