An illegal migrant who liberated himself under the Biden administration was arrested in connection with a suspect death in Georgia, now accused of choking a mother to death.

Rivas entered the US illegally on March 17, 2021, told the Ministry of Interior Security to Fox News and was arrested by the American border patrol before being released.
