A man who escaped from a prison bus on a highway, said the police.
Jamie Cooper, 33, fled on Wednesday from the Geoamey vehicle that drove to Lancaster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, said the Lancashire police.
The armed forces said they received a report from the escape, which is assumed to have taken place on the M55 near Junction Two for Catforth, near Preston, at around 8.54 am.
Cooper was found on Saturday afternoon in Blackburn, after a car that had traveled from Bolton had stopped, added the power.
Cooper was arrested on suspicion of escapes from legal detention.
The Lancashire police posted on Facebook and said: 'In the last few days we had asked for your help to find Wanted Jamie Cooper who brought to the attention from a prison bus on the M55 at Preston.
'At 8.54 am on Wednesday, March 19, it was reported to us that Cooper had escaped a geoamey bus that brought prisoners from Blackpool to Lancaster Magistrates Court.

'You update, Cooper, 33, was found this afternoon in Blackburn after a car that had traveled from Bolton was stopped by officers.

Geoamey said earlier that they will carry out a 'full investigation' with regard to the incident.
