A homeowner has unveiled the seven disadvantages for buying a house from the 60s that has been left untouched for years.
The Lockes family has documented the transformation of their property, from an antiques from the middle of the century to a modern house – 100,000 views on Tiktok in the process.
In one clip, the family unveiled seven disadvantages to large renovation work that they encountered against the Mammoth project during their time.
The first reality of life on a home construction is to do with a large pile of stones and rubble in their front garden that creates an unfortunate eye painful for the family and their neighbors.
The filmmaker then shows the inside of the house where several cracks in the walls and 'random holes' are in the ceiling that the homeowners have to deal with every day.
In a face that will be known for anyone who has passed a home renovation, the video then shows the old olive -colored bathtub of the house with the panel – to uncover the lower abdomen of the bathtub.
Stripped walls are a nightmare for residents who undertake a renovation and they are the following disadvantage of the Lockes family.
Returning to dangerous gaps that everyone could fall, is another disadvantage that is exhibited in the clip, has to do with 'gigantic holes' in the garden.
This specific gap seems to be very deep and has a ladder dangerous about it.

The blood, sweat and tears that went into home renovation was apparently worth the family, because later videos on Tiktok reveal the impressive end result of their project.
In a particularly dramatic video – which has received more than 120,000 videos, the Lockes reveal how they have transformed their house.
They start in the bathroom, the old green bath, sink and toilet have been replaced instead with a crispy white bath bath and modern beige tires.
Downstairs the dated interior of the living room has seen the walls of their wallpaper and painted cream stripped and the carpet has been removed and replaced by contemporary tiles.
In the meantime, one of the bedrooms has been converted into a child's bedroom.
The makeover of the garden is not yet complete with the old lawn but still has to be replaced.
