Pete Hegseeth decreased a judge after she had blocked the executive command of President Trump and forbade transgender people to serve in the army.
The Minister of Defense suggested that the American district judge Ana Reyes should report for active service, because she is 'now a military planner'.
It was after Reyes had issued a provisional order that the Pentagon was blocking to maintain Trump's executive order that burns them 'unabashedly humiliating' for Transmensen.
“Because 'judge' Reyes is now a military planner, they/she can report to Fort Benning to 0600 to instruct our army rangers about the execution of goal attacks of high value,” Hegseeth wrote on X.
“Then commander Reyes can send to Fort Bragg to train our green berets on opposition warfare.”
The executive order issued on January 27, said that 'the expressing of a false' gender identity 'vary from the gender of an individual cannot meet the rigorous standards that are necessary for military service'.
It demanded that the Ministry of Defense revised its pronoun policy and medical standards for the army.
“Beyond the hormonal and surgical medical interventions involved, the approval of a gender identity that is not in accordance with the sex conflicts of an individual with the dedication of a soldier to an honorable, truthful and disciplined lifestyle, even in someone's personal life,” reads order.

In her determination, Reyes said that the language used was 'unabashedly humiliating'.
“The ban on the soil evokes different language to focus on a vulnerable group in violation of the fifth amendment,” wrote Judge Reyes.
'Language is unabashedly humiliating, his policy stigmatizes transgender people as inherently unsuitable and its conclusions have no relationship with fact.
'The court knows that this advice will lead to a heated public debate and appeal. Both are positive results in a healthy democracy.
“However, we must agree that every person who has answered the call deserves our gratitude and respect.”
She pointed out that there is a 'cruel irony' in, 'thousands of transgender -Servicembers have sacrificed – some risk their lives – to take care of others the very equal protection rights that the military ban tries to deny them'.
She added that the defendants “have not shown that they will be taxed by the status quo in anticipation of this lawsuit, and avoiding constitutional violations is always in the public interest.”
Judge Reyes delayed her decision to appeal the Trump government, what she intends.

She noted that her decision to collect against the Trump government is not one that she 'made light'.
“Judicial over -range is no less harmful than over -range,” she said. “The president and the defendants could have made a policy that the need of the nation has balanced a prepared military and Americans on equal protection.
“They can still do that. However, the military ban is not that policy.
According to military estimates, the executive order will affect nearly 5,000 transgender troops.
Since Trump returned to the White House, Transgender service members have reported that they were forced to return to the care standards and pronouns of their birth sex.
Some also claim that they have been passed on for promotions, placed with administrative leave and denied medical care.
There are no fewer than 4,200 service members in all areas that have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.
Between 2014 and 2025, an estimated 1,000 service members received a gender -confirming operation.
