Justin Bieber has again given his insight on social media followers into his struggles in mental health care.
The 31-year-old singer shared to Instagram on Saturday and shared a long video of a jam session with musicians, including DJ Tay James and Judah Smith.
He wrote in the caption: “I think I sometimes hate myself when I feel that I am not starting to become authentic.”
The father of one, who shares the seven -month -old son Jack with wife Hailey Bieber, added: “Then I remember that we are all made to think that we are not enough, but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”
It comes shortly after he had admitted to have 'anger problems' in another online message.
Saturday's post saw the Canadian Crooner in a yellow hat, a black jacket and light -colored pants while he hit a keyboard.

He then shared a message from fellow music artist Jensen Mcrae, in which he flashed his megawatt smile in a sun-drenched selfie.
