The wife of Kyle Walker, Annie Kilner, must be offered in court tomorrow, confronted with accusations that she had no control over a £ 70,000 Mercedes.
The WAG, 33, was stopped on 8 June last year by the police in Cheshire, while Kyle prepared for the English Eurocampagne.
The charges state that the driver “was in such a position that according to the sun she could not have the right control over the car.”
It is not clear what she is being accused of. Annie was also accused of using a phone on the wheel, but that has been withdrawn.
The costs are submitted when the driver is accused of 'in a position that does not give the correct check or a complete view of the road'.
This can include when they drink or eat at the wheel, change the music on the touchscreen of the car or adjust the Sat -Navel.
She denied the ranking tax in November, but when she is convicted tomorrow in Chester Magistrates, she will be on her driver's license and a fine for three points.
The hearing will be hours before Kyle plays for England, while taking on Latvia at Wembley in a world cup qualifying match.

Footballer Kyle is currently back in the UK and has returned from Italy, where he plays for AC Milan.
Kyle was sent to AC Milan in January, but he regularly goes home to see Annie and their four children, 11, Riaan, Seven, Reign, Five and Nine-Maan-Old Baby Rezon.
Yet Kyle – who also has two children with former mistress Lauryn Goodman – has landed in hot water lately after being seen with two models in Milan.
As a result, Annie reportedly set a new relationship rule and Kyle told that he was 'incredibly careful' while she stays with him again.
A source told OK Magazine: “Annie has decided that she will try again, but he must realize that he must be incredibly careful because even the most innocent things can come back to bite him.”
“Annie is not a walkover and she has a lot to think about,” she added.
Annie had flown to Milan with their four sons after Kyle's Exchange to play for AC Milan.
They were depicted by walking the Italian fashion capital during a store trip in what looked a clear attempt to resolve their stormy marriage.
