Famous chef Opel Khan and his 28 -year -old wife have agreed to accept strict limiting orders issued by the police to protect them against each other.
The order of 12 months were run weeks after a French woman in the center of Khan's split with Julie Miller admitted that she did not know if he was the father of her newborn child.
Khan has also had to deal with the collapse of his restaurant empire as a Circle debt collectors and he defends legal steps about accusations of wage theft of some of his staff.
The TV personality has closed its restaurants in Sydney, including Metisse with French theme, pasta dinner acqua e farina in Potts Point and Bistronomy in Surry Hills.
Individual AVO requests Khan, 56, and Mrs. Miller, 52, because people who needed protection first came to Sydney's local court for the first in January for Sydney's Burwood court.
Mrs. Miller, who until recently used Khan as her last name, arrived that day with her right arm in a cast and stayed on the floor under the courtroom while her case was mentioned above.
Khan waited for a few hours in a coffee shop nearby and left the court on foot before the AVO police tried to protect Mrs. Miller.
After her husband was gone, Mrs. Miller sat down in the same cafe and started crying later when he was asked what had happened between her and Khan.

“No comment,” said Mrs. Miller, comforted by two supporters.
It is not suggested that Khan, born in Bangladesh, caused the injury to Mrs. Miller's right arm.
The AVO requests were back for Burwood Local Court on March 6 when the final orders were imposed.
Both Khan and Mrs. Miller were legally represented, but only Mrs. Miller was present in court.
The orders were done by permission without Khan or Ms Miller and admission of misconduct.
In the coming 12 months, they are legally obliged not to attack, threaten, to stalk, intimidate or intimidate each other.
The alienated couple has given various versions of the state of their marriage since they were approached about rumors that their relationship was over in January.
Khan, born in Bangladesh, initially claimed that he and Mrs. Miller were 'a lot together' in a video call that he did next to his wife to Daily Mail Australia.

It is not suggested that there is some truth in the claims against Khan.
Days later Mrs. Miller told Daily Mail Australia: “We are not together and divorce.”
Mrs. Miller, who wanted to set the record directly on her marriage, said she had heard accusations of unfaithfulness by her husband of a mysterious informant.
“I was contacted by someone I didn't know, but it wasn't a woman,” she said. “No woman has contacted me as far as I know.”
Khan then went back to his earlier claims that he and Mrs. Miller were still a few.
“I never said we were together or living together,” he said this time.

Things were further complicated when Celia Huppe-Fournier, a retail assistant, became Khan's restaurant adviser, said she had had a daughter on December 19.
The young first mother told Daily Mail Australia that she did not know who her child's father was.
“I'm not sure,” she said when he was asked if it was Khan. “I have no idea.”
Mrs. Huppe-Fournier described her current relationships with Khan as 'friendly' and said they were closed friends.
“I am friends with him, but just talk,” she said.
'My mother is here to help me, so [Khan] Brought us for dinner when she landed. We went to eat for Indian – no, Bengal's food. '
Mrs. Huppe-Fournier was adamant to navigated as a single mother.

Mrs. Huppe-Fournier explained that she met Khan through luxury watchmaker Panerai, where she once worked as a retail assistant and he was a brand ambassador.
“I resigned and he wanted me to help open another bistro, a French restaurant,” she said.
Khan closed his Opel Group Hospitality website in October and told good food that he stooped from the restaurant sector due to rising food costs.
Last May Khan replaced his chic Khanaa restaurant in Surry Hills with Bistronomy, a location that he brought on the market as affordable food for the difficult times.
But the doors are now closed the entire empire.
Khan also Schraapped plans to open a second bistronomy outside post in the fatal Potts Point location that previously housed the Gastro Park and Antipodeic Restaurants.
