A passenger on a flight from United Airlines claimed that he had violently dragged out of an airplane bathroom with his pants down by a pilot who broke the lock of the door to last too long.
Yisroel Liebb, 20, was on the first stage of his journey home to New Jersey with the airline, but was led away in handcuffs when they landed in Houston after a humiliating test had torn him out of the aircraft bathroom with his genitals.
Liebb said that he had suffered physical injury, extreme emotional need and fear, and in the complaint obtained by the Independent, he added that he “felt sexually violated and ashamed after he was publicly uncovered in the nude.”
The passenger said he had risen from his chair to use the toilet for about half an hour in the Tulum trip, Mexico to Houston, where he was then planned for a connecting flight to New York.
About 20 minutes later, a stewardess woke up from Liebb's neighbor and colleague traveler Jacob Sebbag to check Liebb.
Sebbag, 21, knocked on the door and asked if Liebb was in order, to which he replied that he “experienced constipation” and would soon be out, the independent reported.
The complaint states that “Sebbag passed this on to the stewardess and returned to his chair.”

The two passengers were then reportedly placed in a detention facility within the terminal.

Both also claim that they suffered 'serious wrist pain', which 'days later' existed 'because the handcuffs were placed too tightly.
The two passengers are looking for compensation to be determined during the trial, in addition to the fees of the lawyers.
United Airlines did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com for comments.
