Sometimes the choice between leaving the house and going out is a difficult – but the dedication of a man to do both has left his landlord with a home that she does not recognize.
Tiktok user Mica posted a shocking video that showed the house in Accra, Ghana, in which it is explained that it is her mother who renovated it in 2020 before returning to the United States.
However, the family was forced to turn off their tenant after he discovered that he had turned it into a nightclub.
In shocking videos that were posted online, Mica showed the vast well before the tenant moved. The house, which is on a compound in the West -African city, contained various rooms and outdoor spaces, but she explained that it was a residential building without the intention of using commercial use.

In shocking images that were posted online after the family could have turned off the man, a whole outdoor bar was built, together with Cabanas, temporary walls and even a swimming pool.
“At the beginning of 2021 in 2022 this whole debacle started,” said Mica. “He told us that he wanted a residence somewhere that he could organize his business partners when they enter the city.
“We understood that,” she went on.

“There was no indication that this is a bar, a private club – everything that it would commercialize,” she said, furious.
Mica said they began to note that he changed to the lease for about two months, starting to repaint the entire house without their knowledge. He also brought down an outdoor garden shed and started building a new structure in place.
“We had confronted him with the situation,” she assured viewers. “There were various conversations and confrontations that we had with him with regard to all these changes that were made.”
Mica said he would not answer them well or, if he did, would respond by telling the family that his renovations will benefit them and their property.
“To let my mother rent and her return on investment, we were in a certain amount,” she added. “But at the same time he absolutely went overboard.”
It was about where the man had security that would prevent them from inspecting their house, explaining Mica how they found out that he had turned the house into a chic club.
“One, the neighbors told us about the noise complaint,” she remembered. “And two, I was invited for a soft launch for a local bistro bar by my friend.”
Mica explained that she didn't even have to place the address in Google Maps, because the name of the lounge came on the app.

“Instead of making a scene – although I recorded everything – I told my mother about it and I had videos of everything,” she added.
“We are a family and we tried to rent it out to other families, or people who were family -oriented,” said Mica. “We didn't want to make this in a commercialized company.”
Mica further said that they needed him to pay the rent for her mother to get her return on the investment during the renovations she did.
Instead, he would give them part of the rent to 'keep them at bay', and they would constantly chase him for it.
“Our biggest fear is that he was doing all these changes to finally take the house away from us,” she said and noticed that because her mother does not live in the US, there was concern about what he could do to prevent her from coming back as soon as his lease was used up.
Fortunately, the family was able to eventually expel him after a two -year fight, and they started the process of repairing the house back to what it originally looked like.
Other users of social media were shocked by the story, some could even say that they attended events there at some point.
