Grimes has revealed that the diagnosis of autism and ADHD was diagnosed and believes that she is probably also dyslexic.
The 37-year-old Singer-Songwriter shared the news with her fans on Saturday when she went to an account called 'ADHD Memes' that had posted a screengrab of an X message.
It said: “I saw a tap about how excessive reading is a sign of dissociation in childhood and I can't stop thinking about it.”
Grimes, who shares three children with Elon Musk, responded to the post and gave insight into her own diagnosis.
“I have to say, there is a subculture of I think” mental health “accounts that I actually think are extreme info -residents,” she said.
“This year I was diagnosed with W ADHD/ Autism and realized that I am a Proben Dyslexic and that is why I can't spell without spell control.”
She said that if she had known that she had ADHD and autism as a child, “I would have worked so much less hard” and have done medication for the circumstances.
The Genesis singer, whose real name is Claire Boucher, also argued that her “weird obsessions and motivations” would probably have been considered “pathological” at that time.

She then said that she believes that a 'huge percentage' of ADHD diagnoses is related to 'screen addiction and dopaminge burnout'.
The National Institutes of Health has published a study showing that 'excessive use of electronic media is associated with physical and psychological adverse consequences, including poor sleep, reduced social coping and increased ADHD symptoms.
“In children with ADHD, screen time reduction can strengthen good coping skills, physical health and reduced ADHD-related behavior,” said it.
The Attention Deficit Disorder Association also reports that ADHD and low dopamine levels are linked.
In the case of Grimes, she said that her ADHD symptoms were 'infinitely worse' when she was 'not an avid reader'.
