The scenes in question happened on the enormous yacht that was owned by Greg Hunt (Jon Gries), who now goes through Gary, who took his girlfriend Chloe to go to a full moon with Chelsea, Saxon and Lochlan.
Although Chelsea did not seem to have sexual interest in the brothers, Chloe certainly seemed, as she confirmed to Chelsea in this week's episode that she had sex with both last night.
As far as Saxon and Lochlan are concerned, they could only see blurry memories of the evening, with Saxon looking at Lochlan who has sex with Chloe and then masturbating themselves in the same bed.
Later, however, it was revealed that it was actually Lochlan who masturbated Saxon while he had sex with Chloe, who confirmed both Chloe and Chelsea (neither of them, such as Saxon and Lochlan).
Saxon clearly does not know how to process all this, walking around in a fan for most of the episode, which is for the most part not related to his hangover.
