The convicted violent terrorist Abu Hamza will die in a supermax prison after he had not escaped his life imprisonment in an American prison and returned to the streets of Great -Britain.
Although he tried to be released on condolences, a judge said that the hate preacher and former London Nightclub Bouncer, 66, were the biggest threat to the public he ever has.
Known in the US as Mostafa Mostafa, the corner-horsed terrorist Judge Justice Analisa Torresto begged him of the alleged bad circumstances in which he claimed to be, according to the mirror.
The 66-year-old was sentenced in New York in 2015 for his role in the kidnapping of 1998 in Yemen of 16 tourists, of whom four died, and of conspiracy to set up a militant training camp in Oregon, in 1999.

Hamza reportedly had written a 76 -page complaints file about the circumstances of his prison and let his children argue with the judge to release him because they said that he is “one of the most intellectual and sincere men that you could encounter.”
Judge Torresto said, however, that Hamza would stay in prison for the rest of his life, because she was not convinced that he had had a 'change of heart' since his role in the deadly terrorists 27 years ago.

She also said that Hamza would probably continue to support and inspire others for acts of violence 'if it is released.

Hamza's lawyers say that the staff in the Supermax Prison has neglected the 66-year-old in his lonely imprisonment, which they say that it does not meet the expected standards.
His legal team burned his room as 'an adapted large storage space' and said it does not have the required natural light or a 'right toilet for his handicap'.
The 66-year-old, who has diabetes, would have repeatedly bleed his feet because of overgrown toenails and has 'no help from someone'.
In a statement to the lawyers, Hamza's lawyers added: “As a result of the lack of accommodations and care, Mr. Mostafa has lost almost all his teeth, he suffers from several infections and is consistent without the medical care that is considered reasonable for a civilized society.”

When he was convicted of the terrorism media ten years ago, his family all wrote to the Southern Court to increase his chances of returning to the UK.
In an attempt to help the profession of his father, his son, Imran Mostafa Kamel said that he was in 'desperate need' of the presence, love and relentive support of his father.
He added: “To witness his reunion with our dear grandchildren and to enjoy Quality Time as a family together would be a dream come true.”
In the meantime, his wife, Najat Chaffe, said: “Our family has been deeply sad because of his absence, because he has left an irreplaceable void that no one can fill.”
She added that her mental health had been considerably struck by her husband's imprisonment and that she 'wanted' to have him at home to spend time with his family.
