A mother who has established a leading British private school was charged after supervising £ 5 million fraud of his accounts.
Yasmin Sarwar, 43, from Cynco, Cardiff, opened Cardiff Sixth Form College in 2004 and claims that he 'helped more than 800 the access to students to some of the most illustrious universities in the UK.
But during the term of office of the 43-year-old there would have been irregularities in the finances of the school between 2012 and 2016, as a result of which the South Wales police started an official investigation.
And now the probe of the police and the Charity Commission for England and Wales has revealed that Sarwar and two others have been accused of the theft and fraud a total of £ 5 million.
Nadeem Sarwar, 48, Van Pentwyn, Cardiff and Ragu Sivapalan, 39, from Penylan, Cardiff were also charged.
The main teacher, who previously called himself as the 'Tiger Mum', is owed in Cardiff Magistrates Court after the Crown Prosecution Service had authorized theft and fraud.
A police spokesperson said: 'After an investigation by the police of South Wales, with essential evidence of the Charity Commission for England and Wales, three people are charged with a multi-million pound fraud and theft investigation into the former independent Cardiff Sixth Form College that took place between 2012 and 2016.

The former main teacher, who left the school in 2017, saw her independent school take the crown for the best A-level results in Great Britain.
It came upstairs to rank more than illustrious rugby and Marlborough schools with students traveling all over the world to take top levels.
At the time, Sarwar said: 'I am a mother of the students. I want to make a difference in their lives and them and then make a difference in the lives of others.
“To create that difference in someone else's life, you have to create that trust – and say that I am here for you because I give it.”
The mother of one moved from Malaysia to Great Britain to study for her own A levels when she was only 17.
After graduating with a biochemistry diploma at Cardiff University, Sarwar started the tutoring of science students on A-Level.
Ten years later, she launched something if the best-performing reimbursement school of the VK, where 95 percent of the students reached AA* in their A-levels last year.

She later said that parents saw her as a 'mother figure' and 'someone they can trust with their children'.
Cardiff Sixth Form College has more than 300 students in the register and attracts children from all over the world, including Albania and China.
The costs at the school were £ 15,000 a year for day students, while international international students can pay a maximum of £ 26,000 every year.
A spokesperson for the South Wales police said: 'Cardiff Sixth Form College has since changed owner.
“Since the sale of the college, the charity has changed its name in Cardiff Educational Endowment Trust – 1123262 and is now active as a subsidy that makes a charity.”
