A new classification has unveiled the top countries for immigrants to go in 2025 – with Iceland at the top.
The Nordic nation triumphed with a score of 58.4 out of 100 based on 24 important criteria, including economic strength, livelihood and the quality of health care and public transport.
But while the top 10 were dominated by other European countries, including Switzerland, Luxembourg, Norway, Ireland, Denmark and the Netherlands, the UK came a less impressive 19th – behind the US in seventh place.
The UK received a score of 46.5 and placed it just for new Zeeland, Spain and France, but behind Australia at 51.7.
Researchers for Remitly, a transfer service, is also disturbed in a series of areas that are considered important for potential immigrants.

Zuid -Korea scored TOP for health care, followed by Australia, while Sri Lanka was considered top in the education category thanks to the incredibly low annual childcare costs of only $ 354.60 (£ 274.13) per year.
In the meantime, Luxembourg led the road for public transport and the VAE was ranked the safest.
The United Kingdom only achieved the top ten for the category rating countries for their environmental references.

Despite the relatively low ranking in the Reclitly Study, the UK experiences a historically high level of immigration, with 906,000 people now thought they had been added to the population in one year.
Huge revisions of official data showed that the extraordinary figure was taken in the year until June 2023 – and the figures remain at unprecedented levels.
Official data for the 12 months to June of this year showed that long -term immigration was 728,000 higher than those who left the country. In itself that was almost as much as the previous record.
But the bar was dramatically shifted up by the office for national statistics, with net migration for the year until June 2023, which it was thought was 166,000 above the initial estimate of 740,000.
A similar revision was made for net migration in the year until December 2023, of which it was initially assumed that it was 685,000 and was now set at 866,000, an increase of 181,000.
