Two illegal immigrants – one of which is HIV positive – were arrested in Miami, Florida after they reportedly had abused a minor on a Royal Caribbean -Cruise ship.
Jose Diaz, 36, and Ricardo Leal, 37, were taken in custody on Friday by the Sheriff of the Sheriff of Miami Dade after the couple reportedly had to have abused a 14-year-old boy in the sauna of the ship, according to Records assessed by Local 10.
The victim told the police that he was stuck in the sauna on Thursday with the Mexican natives on the independence of Royal Caribbean on Thursday.
The teenager said that Diaz, who is HIV positive, and Leal, both masturbated for the teenager while forcing him to touch them, according to records.
At one point, Leal reportedly forced the victim to perform a sexual act against him and to molest him, the report said.
Diaz and Leal, both Mexican natives, are confronted with various charges, including lusty and voluptuous molestering on a child of 12-16 years old.
Diaz is also confronted with an extra costs for not disclosing his HIV status to the minor, while Leal is confronted with a sexual battery.
They were both arrested after the ship returned to Portmiami on Friday. It is unclear where the ship traveled before it returned to the dock.

Diaz called on his right to counsel, while his alleged partner in crime told the authorities that “sexual acts were consensual,” said the statement.
They both received Bond on Saturday, as a public prosecutor said: “The suspect, in this case, acted in consultation with another suspect, they were both on a cruise.
“This shows that they tried to focus a specific minor, and this could be done again.”
Diaz is held in the correctional center of Turner Guilford Knight while Leal is being held in the Subrowest Detention Center, according to prison registers.
They are both held without bond and are also in immigration, according to records.
They both live at the same address in Mexico City, according to the outlet.

Juan Campos, 28, was accused of raping a 20-year-old woman on August 28 while he was on the boat.
The woman accused Campos of invading her with an unknown object and trying to force her to perform oral sex.
Campos' lawyer argued that the sex was consensual and that he stopped when he was asked.
“It was a normal cruise, he was with friends, they met a few people on board and the next thing you know, he is accused of this crime,” lawyer Ed Hoeg told local 10.
The ship had spent seven days at sea and traveled through the Bahamas, Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.
