The circumstances that have been running right-wing online provocateur Laurence Fox is accused of a sexual violation after he reportedly shared an Upskirt photo of TV star Narinder Kaur.
The three times failed election candidate -once the best known for his Stint on ITV -Detective -Drama Lewis before he turned online to posting -is said to have shared an explicit picture of the broadcaster on his X account in April last year.
He is accused of having done the position to his then 400,000 followers in the midst of an online spit with Mrs. Kaur, a former Big Brother star, about politics.
The photo was taken in 2009 when the Good Morning Britain and Jeremy Vine regularly came out of a taxi – without her knowledge or permission.
Fox would have shared the image online – a violation under section 66a of the sexual offenses ACT 2003.
Criminalized the sending or giving of explicit photos with the intention of causing alarm, fear or humiliation, or for sexual satisfaction. It is also known as 'cyberflashing'.
The violation was introduced as part of the Online Safety Act 2023 and became in operation in January last year, three months before Fox reportedly made the position.
MailOnline understands that FOX was accused of the attack by Post application last week.
He was ordered to appear before the court in a month.

A spokesperson for said: “A man is accused of a sexual crime after an investigation by the Metropolitan Police.
'Laurence Fox, 46, appears on April 24 at Westminster Magistrates' court that is accused of a crime in violation of section 66a of the sexual offenses ACT 2003.
“The indictment relates to an image that was placed on the social media platform in April 2024.”
Fox fell in favor of a career in the right -wing provocation after he had fallen through his talent agency because he claimed that a questions of the questions that a “white privileged man” was racist.
His posts that play over the 'awake' culture, political correctness and gender have caused widespread criticism – just like that of the spread of conspiracy theories about COVID -19 and vaccines.
FOX presented a regular Friday evening show at GB News for a time, but he was suspended and later fired for making derogatory comments about political journalist Ava Evans on a panel challenged by co-star than Wootton.
He said about the reporter: 'We are past the electricity areas so that I can say this … Let me see a single, self -respecting man who would climb into bed with that woman … ever?

Fox said on March 9 that he would remove himself from social media for three months after he had removed the app from his mobile phone.
He wrote: 'As promised app removed after this last tweet. See you in 3 months … Very excited not to know what is going on during that period.
'I imagine that it will be the same S ***, different day. But I love to proven unevenly. '
His account started posting again on March 13, apparently under a 'manager'.
