Naomi Watts was all smiling on Monday when she ran the red carpet at her latest film premiere, but the same could not be said for her teenage child Kai Schreiber.
The Australian actress, 56, and her 16-year-old attended the Cinema Society screening of the friend in New York.
But while the King Kong star seemed to be happy there, Kai Glum seemed as he posed for photos, despite a recent catwalk debut on Paris Fashion Week.
The lookalike pair opted for a black -white theme for their appearance, with a touch of pink.
Naomi slid in a draped maxi dress from Jacquemus with black feathered details about her pleated skirts.
She combined the look with a high neck with a simple white pump while kept her blonde bob tight and straight.

In the meantime, Kai went with a darker black-fink polka stipped jacket with corrugated skirts and a pink top.
The teen accessorized with lace stockings, black leather boots and a black and white Valentino handbag worth a stunning $ 4,020.
Both mother and child put on light smoky eyes and pink lipstick for the occasion.
Their outing comes just a few weeks after Kai made their fashion debut debut on Paris Fashion Week.
Naomi was the proud mother every centimeter when the budding model stepped on the catwalk for Valentino, where the memorable moment was shared with Instagram.
Kai wore a knitted Snakeskin Mini dress with a feathered collar for the career launch at the Designer Fashion House.

Kai uploaded a gallery with photos of the catwalk debut, including photos behind the scenes that were in front of her and makeup styling.
“OMGGG My heart is so full,” Kai subtitled the reel of images.
Naomi also shared the contents of Kai who ran to Valentino, including video in which she saw the show excited online.

Naomi shares Kai and her son Sasha, 17, with the American actor Liev Schreiber, with whom she had a relationship for 11 years before she released amicably in 2016.

Naomi and American actor Billy, 56, made the knot in a modest wedding ceremony in a courthouse in New York in June 2023.
They then exchanged vows for a second time a year later in a larger ceremony with their families and friends in Mexico.
