An ONLYFANS model that made pornographic content and distributed with a minor teenage girl who solved in tears when the seriousness of her violation was brought home in court.

The content, made for a period of seven months in which the girl became 17, was sold by Rixon on WhatsApp, in which the couple agreed to “share the proceeds between them,” Liverpool crown Court heard.
After initially believed that the girl was 18, Rixon learned the truth in the scheme for about five months, but “he kept creating content with her.”
The victim then announced the police of Merseyside that Rixon, who became 19 during the period of the agreement, had 'countless indecent photos and videos of her' and 'she would' sell and post it online.
After the arrest of Rixon last August, the police discovered that she had made 43 category A indecent images – the most serious – of the girl, together with 11 in category B and 119 in category C. of these, seven, two and 25 were distributed respectively.
The prosecutor Joanne Daniels said that the starting point was six years, with a series of four to nine years.

“The suspect creates pornographic content that she sells online on social media and only fans,” said Mrs. Daniels.

Rixon, who has no earlier convictions, spent a period in custody in Styal Prison in Wilmslow, Cheshire, after violating her guarantee conditions.

The first mention of a possible prison sentence of six years attracted a distressing response from a woman in the public gombase, before Judge Neil Flewitt KC intervened.
“Quietly,” said the judge. “She doesn't get something like that.”
A lawyer for Rixon, who admitted three counts of the production of indecent images of a child and three distribution of indecent images, said that the time behind bars had led to a 'difference in her attitude and behavior'.
“If there is such a thing as a case of the standard type, this is certainly not,” defender Lloyd Morgan told the court.
“Your honor must have seen the trauma she suffered. She has been very vulnerable herself. These are two vulnerable girls, both of whom have been agreed to be distributed for some financial gain. '
Judge Flewitt said Rixon a two -year suspended sentence and said: 'Even though [the girl] did permission, what happened was still illegal. I accept that when it started, you did not realize your age, but you continued after you found out how old she was.
'I am just satisfied that you have not earned a lot of money from this. The overwhelming chance is that you were both operated by someone else, but it is not clear who that is. Although you had an only fans account, it is accepted that none of these images were distributed via that specific forum.
'This is therefore a particularly unusual case of its type. Everything that was done was done with the permission of the person shown in these images, but because of her vulnerability, she was entitled to the protection of the law.
'If you never realized how serious this is, you will have realized when the prosecutor has brought me through the guidelines of the conviction.
'I don't think the right punishment can only be achieved by immediate custody. For those reasons I will suspend this sentence. The goal is to help you. I am quite satisfied that, after a hard reflect in custody, you are now willing to offer the support that is offered.
'In my opinion, you have had sufficient punishment by the time you have already spent in custody. I hope that has ensured that you think about the life you led and where it will bring you if you continue that kind of life and think of taking the support you are offered. '
Rixon also received a requirement of 12 months of drug rehabilitation and a requirement of rehabilitation activity of up to 30 days. She will have to sign the register of sex offenders for the next 10 years and received an order of sexual damage that lasted in the same period.
The judge also ordered Rixon to be robbed of her mobile phone and a GoPro camera.
